Three guides, one shore and a briefing that comes before the first stroke. They are part of a sample we invented.
Lead guide
Nora gives the briefing on the shore: how to sit and paddle, how to launch and land, the trail markers and what to do if you want to stop. She checks the tide chart before she checks anything else, and she is happy to answer the question you were not going to ask.

Guide
Ben leads the Seagrass and Islands paddles and keeps a slow, steady pace. He is the person to ask about the route.
Guide and office
Aiko reads the requests, checks them against the tide chart, and writes back. A real person, by email or a call.
How tours are timed
The South Paddling Trail is best paddled at mid to high tide, so every tour and rental is timed around a tide chart. You give us a window; a person confirms the time that suits the water.
Age rules and group sizes are posted at check-in, and kayaks, paddles and life jackets are provided and fitted there in this sample. Put your numbers and ages in the request and a person will confirm what applies.
The shore
Check-in is on the shore: a short briefing, the life jackets, the paddles. A person confirms the meeting point and parking in their reply; details are not given in the chat.
The mangroves can wait. Nothing is booked or held until a person confirms by email or a call, and no payment is taken here.
