This form starts a phone call, not an appointment. A person from the office rings you back, agrees a window that actually works, and tells you the diagnostic charge before anybody drives anywhere.
This is a demonstration site for an invented company, so this form has nowhere to send anything and no inbox behind it. Pressing the button shows you what a submitted state looks like and does nothing else. Do not put real personal details into it.
On a live site this is wired to the shop's own inbox and phone, and the confirmation says what it says here: a person will call you back. It does not claim a booking, because software that has not spoken to the schedule cannot make one.
On a live site: the office has it, somebody rings you back, and a time gets agreed on that call. Nothing is booked, held or confirmed by this form — here or on a real one. This being a demonstration, nothing was actually sent anywhere.
Monday to Saturday. If water is coming out of something right now, call — do not type. And find your main shut-off first: usually a meter box at the street, or a valve on the outside wall on the side the water comes in.
If one of those is it, you have fixed it for nothing, and we would rather that than charge you for the drive.
