Goes down the Express Lane
- Bumper scuffs and scrapes, any corner
- Small dents and creases where the paint is intact
- Cracked or torn bumper covers
- Kerb rash on a wheel face
- One panel, cosmetic only, paint and trim
- Mirror caps, door edges, trim and moulding
Goes to the main shop instead
- Anything the airbags responded to
- Frame, rails, or a panel that carries structure
- A radiator, cooler or anything leaking
- Suspension, steering or a wheel that isn't round
- A camera or radar sitting behind the damage
- Two or more panels with the hit running between them
That right-hand list isn't us turning work away — it's the same shop, one lane over, with the measuring equipment. You get the same estimate either way.

- The same booth, the same paint, the same warranty. Colour is camera-matched and blended into the neighbouring panel exactly as it would be on a full repair.
- What you give up
- Teardown. We are not taking the cover off to look behind it. If the photo hides something structural, the job moves to the main shop and the price changes — we tell you before any work.

Posted, not quoted on the phone
Going through insurance? The price doesn't change. Express Lane is about the queue, not a discount — pricing stays at posted door rates either way. Anyone offering you a cheaper number for filing a claim is telling you something about their estimate, not about their speed.
