Everything we do, and the four things we don't
WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO Eight kinds of work, each with the turnaround written down and the trade-off said out loud.
Most shops publish a list of nouns. This page tells you what happens to the car, how long it sits, and which lane it goes down β before you call.
- Express Lane
- Cosmetic work in its own bay β 1β3 days, never queued behind a teardown. See what qualifies.
- The main shop
- Anything structural, multi-panel, or with a sensor behind it. Measured, documented, re-quoted before extra work.
- Sublet, and we say so
- Mechanical, upholstery and tyres go to named partners. We manage it; you get one invoice and one point of contact.
The work
Eight services, and what each one really involves
Written the way we'd explain it standing next to your car. Where a job could reasonably go two ways, we've said which way we go and why.
Collision repair
Fender benders through heavy hits β the core of the shop, and the work everything else supports.
- Written estimate before anything is touched, and a teardown before anything is ordered
- Hidden damage photographed, measured and re-quoted before we proceed β never after
- OEM procedures pulled per vehicle, because a 2019 and a 2024 of the same model are not the same repair
- ADAS calibration where a sensor sits behind what we repaired, verified not assumed
- Typical turnaround
- 5β14 days

- Lifetime workmanship
- Paid by

Bumper repair & replacement
The single most common job in Miami, and the one most often replaced when it could have been repaired.
- Cracked, scuffed and torn covers repaired where the plastic allows it β a new cover is the fallback, not the default
- Sensors, cameras and parking aids transferred and re-aimed, not just re-clipped
- Colour matched to the panel next to it, then blended so the repair doesn't announce itself
- Tabs and mounts replaced β a cover that sits proud is the tell that someone rushed it
- Typical turnaround
- 1β3 days

Paint & refinishing
Where a repair is either invisible or obvious. There is no middle result, and the difference is almost entirely preparation.
- Downdraft booth, baked β not air-dried in a bay with the door open
- Camera-matched colour, then sprayed on a test card and checked against your panel in daylight before the car goes in
- Blended into the neighbouring panel, because an exact match at the seam still reads as a repair
- Clear coat rated for Florida sun β a cheap clear fails here in two summers, not ten
- Typical turnaround
- 3β7 days

Frame & structural
The work you cannot inspect yourself, which is exactly why we document it and hand you the printout.
- Computerised measurement against factory specification, before and after
- Pulled on the bench with the numbers in front of us β measured, not eyeballed
- Sectioning and welds to the manufacturer's procedure for that vehicle, not a generic one
- If it cannot come back to spec, we tell you and put it in writing rather than hide it
- Typical turnaround
- 7β21 days

Paintless dent removal
Door dings, hail and creases worked from behind the panel. Your factory paint never leaves the car.
- Worked with the paint intact β original finish beats any refinish, and it protects resale
- Hail damage panel-mapped and counted, so an insurer sees the same numbers we do
- Honest about the limit: a stretched crease or a dent on a body line needs paint, and we say so
- Often finished the same day you drop it
- Typical turnaround
- Often same day

Scuffs, scrapes & single panels
Parking-garage damage β the job people put off for a year because they assume it means losing the car for a week.
- One or two adjacent panels, in the Express bay, never queued behind a teardown
- Quoted from photos before you drive over, so the trip isn't wasted
- Cash-pay priced up front and posted β most of these cost less than a deductible
- Wheel curb rash and lip bends handled at the same time, since it's the damage everyone forgets
- Typical turnaround
- 1β3 days

- Paid by
- Usually cash
Tow-in, heavy hits & total loss
If it isn't drivable, this is the first call. Twenty-four hours, and we take it from the roadside.
- Flatbed dispatched day or night, direct to our lot β not to a storage yard charging you daily
- Personal belongings recovered and bagged before anything else happens to the car
- Claim opened with your insurer from here, with our photos attached
- If it's a total, we say so early and help you argue the valuation instead of storing it

- No daily fee on our lot

The honest part
Four things we don't do here
A shop that claims everything is a shop that sublets quietly and marks it up. These go to people who do them all day. We manage the work, you get one invoice and one phone number.
Engine, transmission & mechanical
We do the mechanical work a collision creates β radiators, condensers, cooling and suspension components knocked out of a hit. We are not your general repair shop, and we won't diagnose a check-engine light that was on before the accident.
Alignment & tyre work
Every structural repair leaves here and goes straight to a named alignment shop for a four-wheel with a printout. We pay for it inside the repair and the printout comes back in your file β but the rack isn't ours and we don't pretend it is.
Upholstery & interior trim
Seats, headliners and leather repair go to a trim specialist. Airbag modules and seat-belt pretensioners are always replaced, never re-set β that one is not a preference, it's a safety rule.
Custom paint & restoration
Full resprays, colour changes, show cars and pre-1990 restoration aren't what this shop is built for. We'd rather refer you than learn on your car, and we'll tell you who in Miami actually does it well.
Sublet work is listed on your estimate as sublet, at what it cost us. Ask to see that line β at any shop.

Send a photo before you drive anywhere
Two or three photos of the damage and one of the whole car gets you a written range, usually the same day. It costs nothing and it tells you which lane you're in.
