Scuffs, small dents and cracked covers in their own bay, so a teardown never parks in front of your bumper.
Open now Β· until 5:30 Β· estimator at the desk
Scuffed, not torn, not cracked through, mounting tabs intact. A TPO cover in that condition is repaired, so the $642 replacement cover we would have billed you for is not on this sheet.
Check it at any shop: before anyone replaces a bumper cover, ask to be shown the tear.
What the day actually looks like Β· CΓ³mo transcurre el dΓa
Nobody wants a body shop. They want the hour back that they would have spent standing in one β so here is the night it happened and the morning after it, in the customer's time rather than ours.
Roadside, in a car park, in whatever light there is, at whatever hour it happened. Nothing to describe correctly over a phone and nowhere to drive to first.
A person at a desk, looking at your photographs. That is also why there is no estimate without one: an estimate written from a description is a guess with a number on it, and it is how people end up arguing about a bill later.
A range rather than a number, because a photograph cannot show what is behind the cover — every line priced, with the reason for each one, before you have committed to anything.
On the sample file on this page the teardown found the impact bar bracket 8mm off datum. The supplement was raised at 09:07 and the customer was told by text before any of that work happened.
If the car cannot come back to factory specification we say so rather than hide it. If it is a total, we say so early instead of running the clock. And the cheaper part gets turned down when it is the wrong part. That is a refusal, and it is the part of this shop worth repeating.
That is the whole product: an estimate you never had to drive to — written by a person, from your own photographs, with the reason on every line.
One repair, as we file it Β· Un caso, tal como lo archivamos
Every job is photographed, measured, marked and signed. Below is one, exactly as it leaves our system β including the thing we found after the cover came off, and the moment the customer was told.

The bracket and rebar marked in green are what the photo could never show. This is why the estimate is a range until we look.
What comes through the door Β· Lo que entra por la puerta
Six things Miami does to cars, what they cost here, and how long they take. If yours is on this list, we've done it this month.
What we do Β· Lo que hacemos
Aluminium-capable, ADAS-calibrating, and set up so a bumper scuff never waits behind a frame job.
Scuffs, small dents and cracked covers in their own bay, so a teardown never parks in front of your bumper.
Fender benders through heavy hits. Written estimate first, supplements documented and re-quoted before any extra work.
Downdraft booth, camera-matched colour, and a blend into the neighbouring panel so the repair doesn't announce itself.
Computerised measuring against factory specification. If it can't come back to spec, we tell you rather than hide it.
Door dings, hail and creases worked from behind the panel. Your factory paint stays exactly where it is.
If it isn't drivable we arrange the tow. If it's a total, we say so early instead of running the clock.
Cameras and radar re-aimed after bumper, glass or suspension work.
Replacement with the recalibration that has to follow it.
Curb rash and lip bends β the damage always forgotten in the estimate.
Estimate, adjuster, and every supplement when teardown finds what the first look missed. Start to finish you typically pay only your deductible.
You pick the shop,
not your insurer.
We're not on any direct-repair programme, so our only obligation is to your car and to you.
A written range before anything starts, a photograph of anything we find once it's apart, and a re-quote before that work happens.
Paying out of pocket? Ask about aftermarket and recycled parts and partial refinishing β both can cut the bill.

A finished estimate, drafted from four photos at three in the morning β every line priced three ways, with the reason for each. Open it and read it the way a customer would.
β No photo, no estimate β that is deliberate. An estimate written from a description is a guess with a number on it, and it is how customers end up arguing about a bill later.

Sending photos Β· Enviar fotos
Each photo shrinks on your phone before it sends, so it works on two bars. Every one gets a receipt β no silent failures at 80%.
Nothing goes to an estimator until all three land. If one fails, you see which one and you send that one again β you are never left guessing.
What happens next Β· Lo que sigue
A text and an email confirm we have them. No account, no password.
A person, during shop hours. If we're closed, first thing next morning.
A range, every line explained, and your options on parts.
Straight from the estimate, or by phone. Nothing is booked until you say so.
Photos can't show everything. The in-person look is free and confirms the plan.
We photograph it and re-quote. On a claim it goes to the adjuster, not your bill.

Beach Cities Collision Center is a demonstration shop. It has never repaired a car, so it has no customers and no reviews β and inventing some is the one thing on this site a rule actually forbids.
The FTC's rule on consumer reviews, 16 CFR Β§465, is written about a review by somebody who was never a customer β and it does not only reach the person who typed it. A star rating for a shop that has never had a car on the lift is that, whatever the caption underneath it says.
Its own Google Business Profile, pulled live: the most recent reviews with their authors' names on them, updating without anybody typing. Every one written by a customer, none of them written by us.
The moment to ask for one is when the written estimate lands on somebody's phone with the numbers on it. A month later, by email, is how shops end up with none.
