The bracket the photo could never show

A rear cover that looked like a $500 scuff. The teardown found a cracked reinforcement bracket behind it. We stopped, photographed it, and re-quoted before ordering a single part — which is the whole reason our first number is a range.

Why we print the measurements

Structural work is the one repair you cannot inspect yourself. So every car that goes on the bench leaves with a before-and-after printout in its file — for you, for your insurer, and for whoever buys the car in four years.

Watch out
A door ding with the factory paint intact

A dent that should never be painted

Door dings and hail are worked from behind the panel with the paint untouched. If a shop reaches for filler and a spray gun on a soft dent, you are paying more for a worse result and losing the factory finish that protects resale.

The line customers repeat back to us most often is the one where we turn money down — the reinforcement bar that is OEM or nothing. Saying no to the cheaper part in writing is the whole argument.

The industry norm is to take the car and then discover a back-order. We hold the booking instead and keep you driving until everything is on the shelf. A car sitting in our lot helps our numbers, not yours.
