When you arrive
We are on Cypress Line Rd in College Park. Come to the desk and tell whoever is there what the car is doing — when it happens, how fast you were going, whether the engine is cold or warm. Two minutes at the counter saves more diagnostic time than anything else you can do.
Repair, body and machine work in one place
Most shops send body work and machine work out. Here the repair shop, the body shop and a full machine shop are on the same site, which is why a job that would normally bounce between three businesses does not.
If you cannot wait
Ask the desk when you book. It depends on the day and the job, and you will get a straight answer on the phone rather than after you have arrived.
