How it works
From request to the table
- Send the request. Headcount, date, time and what they like. The form below or the counter helper is fine.
- Gina calls you back. She reads every catering request herself, suggests quantities and sets aside the oven time. Nothing is held until she has.
- Pick up, or we set up. Pickup has no extra charge. Delivered and set-up orders carry the 10% set-up charge, printed on the order before you agree to it.
- Everything labelled. Each pie box and tray is marked, including anything with nuts.

This is a demonstration site: this form sends nothing. On a real Tomato Hill website it would go to the counter, and a person would call you back to go over quantities and a price.
Charges we add automatically
- Delivery fee: $3.99 on every delivery order. It is not a tip and does not go to the driver; tipping is up to you.
- Catering set-up charge: 10% of the food total, on catering orders we deliver and set up. It is not a gratuity. Catering you pick up has no set-up charge.
- Card payments: no surcharge. The menu price is the price, cash or card.
- Sales tax is added at the register, as it is everywhere in Florida.
