Privacy at our Clermont pizzeria’s website
What this site keeps, what it sends and who can see it. Short, because the answer is: almost nothing.
This is a demonstration website built by Bots On Staff. Tomato Hill Pizzeria, its people, its reviews and its address are invented.
What this site sends
Nothing you type. The order form, the catering form and the counter helper on this demonstration site are not connected to anything: whatever is typed stays in your browser tab and is gone when you close it. Photos added to the chat are shrunk in your browser and never uploaded.
What this site keeps
The list you build on the menu page, stored in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there on the order page. Empty the list and it is gone. There are no advertising cookies. The one outside script is an analytics script that counts which pages are visited and sets its own cookie, so Bots On Staff can see which demo pages people open.
The address and the phone number
The address on this site is invented and reaches nobody; the telephone number is ours at Bots On Staff, so calling it reaches the people who built this site rather than a business that does not exist.
On a real site
A real restaurant site we build sends order and catering requests to the owner by email, keeps them only as long as the owner needs them, and says so on this page in plain words.
