The small print, in plain words

Before you order

Gluten

Our 10″ cauliflower crust is gluten-friendly, not gluten-free. It is baked in the same oven, on the same bench, in a kitchen that handles wheat flour all day, so we cannot guarantee a gluten-free environment.

Nuts

The pesto is made with pine nuts, the dessert twists use a chocolate hazelnut spread, and cannoli can come dipped in pistachio. Nothing else on the menu lists nuts, but it all shares one kitchen. Ask the kitchen before you order.

Allergies

Tell us about any allergy when you order and a person in the kitchen will tell you straight what we can and cannot do. We would rather talk it through than guess.

Half and half

Any pie can be split down the middle. Each half-topping counts as a whole topping.

Big orders

Ten pies or more, or anything for a party, goes through catering, so the oven time is set aside.

Prices

Prices are the same for pickup, delivery and eating in. Sales tax is added at the register. Prices can change; the counter has the latest.

Bots On Staff · you are looking at a demonstration

We built this one. The next one has your name on it.

What the chat on this page is doing

Ask about a nut allergy and it will not guess: the pesto is made with pine nuts on the same bench as every other pie, so it sends the question to a person in the kitchen. Ask what a 16-inch Margherita costs and it reads the price straight off the menu.

It takes a name and a number and hands it straight over. Nothing here is held, booked or confirmed, and it will not price the job.
