This form is a request, not a booking. A slot exists once somebody here has spoken to you and written it on the board by the door — that is the whole system, and it has not let anybody down yet.

DEMONSTRATION FORM. This site is an example and nothing on it is connected to anything. This form does not submit, does not send an email and does not store what you type. On a real build it reaches the shop phone and an inbox within seconds.

If it is urgent, ring it

A form is fine for a pre-trip walk three weeks out. If you have a leak that is still getting wet, or you are leaving in days, use the phone.

Somebody rings you back, usually the same working day.
We agree what the visit is for and roughly how long the bay needs the rig.
It goes on the board. Then it is a booking.
No price is quoted before the walk, and no deposit is taken to hold a slot.
