Clean tools

Clean you can see, not just a promise

It is the first thing guests ask us about, and it should be. Here is exactly what happens between one guest and the next.

  • Metal tools are scrubbed, sealed and heat-sterilised. The pouch is opened at your chair, not in the back.
  • Files, buffers and pumice stones are single-use. New for you, then yours to keep or thrown away.
  • Pedicure basins are pipe-less, with a disposable liner. Cleaned and disinfected between every guest.
  • No razors on your heels. Calluses are smoothed, never shaved.

Gel, dip or acrylic? Ask us, honestly

The chat on this site answers the questions guests ask at the desk, any time of day: which one lasts, what a removal involves, and what to tell your technician before a pedicure.

  • Straight trade-offs. Gel is thin and flexible; dip is harder and thicker; acrylic is the one for length.
  • Show us a photo. Add a screenshot of the design you want and a technician will tell you what’s doable.
  • A request, not a booking. Leave your name and number and the front desk texts you back to agree a time.

“I watched her open a sealed pouch for the tools before she started, which is exactly what I look for. Gel lasted a full three weeks and she soaked it off properly the next time instead of scraping.”
M.R.Winter Park · Gel manicure
“Told them I am diabetic and they changed everything without a fuss: warm water, no blade near my heels, gentle on the cuticles. Still the most relaxing hour of my month.”
T.L.Maitland · Spa pedicure
“Tasha shaped a medium almond set that looks like the photo I brought, and she told me honestly that the longer version would not suit the way I type all day. Fills have been perfect.”

Questions

Before your first visit

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, seven days a week, whenever a chair is free. Weekday mornings are quietest. If you would rather not wait, ask for a time through the chat or the request page and the front desk will text you back to agree one.

Which lasts longest: gel, dip or acrylic?

On most guests, dip and acrylic outlast gel. Gel usually holds two to three weeks; dip often three weeks or more; acrylic lasts until you come in for a fill, every two to three weeks. Your own nails, and what you do with your hands, matter more than the product.

How do you clean your tools?

Metal tools are scrubbed, sealed in a pouch and heat-sterilised, and the pouch is opened at your station. Files, buffers and pumice stones are single-use. Pedicure basins are pipe-less, lined, and disinfected between every guest.

What the chat on this page is doing

Ask gel or dip and it gives the honest trade-off — dip is a powder sealed in layers, harder and often longer-lasting; gel is thinner and more flexible; acrylic is the one for length. Say your feet have poor circulation and it asks you to tell the technician before the soak.

It takes a name and a number and hands it straight over. Nothing here is held, booked or confirmed, and it will not price the job.
