How we work

Careful, unhurried and honest

Licensed technicians. Every technician who works on your nails is licensed.
We say the price first. Before any removal, length or art, and it will not change after.
We’ll talk you out of things. A length that won’t suit your work, or a product your nails won’t hold.
We send health questions elsewhere. An infected, fungal or broken-skin nail is for a doctor or podiatrist first.

What the chat on this page is doing

Ask gel or dip and it gives the honest trade-off — dip is a powder sealed in layers, harder and often longer-lasting; gel is thinner and more flexible; acrylic is the one for length. Say your feet have poor circulation and it asks you to tell the technician before the soak.

It takes a name and a number and hands it straight over. Nothing here is held, booked or confirmed, and it will not price the job.
