The office calls you back, usually the same working day, to agree a time. On that call you get asked two or three things you can check yourself first, because if the answer turns out to be a full septic tank or a single blocked trap you should not be paying for our drive.
Nothing is priced on that call beyond what the visit itself involves. A repair price comes after somebody has seen the inside of the pipe, and not before.
