The short version: nothing. This is a demonstration site and none of its forms send or store anything at all.
Benchmark Drain & Sewer is an invented company. Every form and every chat window on this site is a demonstration of how a real one behaves. Nothing typed into them leaves your browser, nothing is transmitted to a server, and nothing is stored. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no embedded third-party content and no cookie set by this site.
The pages also make no external requests of any kind — no hosted fonts, no content delivery network, no remote images. Everything the site needs is served from the same place the pages are.
On a site built for a real drain company, this page states what the contact form collects (a name, a phone number, an address and a description of the problem), what it is used for (arranging and performing the visit), how long it is kept, who else sees it — the scheduling and invoicing systems the business actually uses, named — and how to ask for it to be deleted. It names the business, gives a postal address and a working email, and gives a date it was last changed.
It also says plainly whether the business texts you, and how to stop it. A phone number given so somebody could come and open a drain is not consent to be marketed to for three years.
A real version would also cover the photographs customers send — of the water on the floor, of the cleanout, of the thing that came back out of the pipe — where they are stored, who can see them, and the fact that they are not used in advertising unless the customer is asked and says yes in a way that can be shown afterwards.
