Lawn pest & disease

Most brown grass in Florida is not an insect and is not a disease. Spraying it anyway is how a yard ends up on a chemical program it does not need.

We identify before we treat

Chinch bug damage looks like drought and is usually in the hottest, driest strip by the drive. Brown patch is a ring that shows up in cool, wet weather. Sod webworm leaves notched blades and frass. Three different problems that look identical from the curb.

The cultural fix comes with the treatment

Brown patch loves a lawn watered in the evening. Chinch bugs love a lawn cut short and drought-stressed. Treating without changing what caused it means treating again next year.

What we will not do

We do not put a lawn on a blanket spray schedule to make the visits predictable. If nothing is wrong, nothing is applied and your card says so.

The chat takes what the yard is doing and the address, then hands it to the desk. It books walkthroughs — it never tries to diagnose a lawn in a chat window.
