What we stand behind
In writing, on the work order, before you approve it — not quoted at you afterwards.
Installed work
Sod, plants, irrigation repairs and lighting all carry a written term on the order before you approve it. If it fails inside that term for a reason that is ours, it is put right at no charge.
What a plant warranty cannot cover
A plant is alive. We warrant the plant, the planting and the placement; nobody can warrant a fortnight of being watered ten minutes a day, a freeze, or a dog. The watering schedule goes on your card day by day precisely so that this conversation does not have to be a dispute.
Maintenance
No contract and no cancellation fee. Stop any week you like. If a visit is missed because the yard was too wet to cut without rutting it, it is made up rather than billed — and the card will say that is why.
What we will not do at any price
Top a tree. Shear a flowering shrub in the month it has set buds. Apply fertilizer during a local restriction. Spray a lawn that has not been diagnosed. Each of those buys a quiet season and costs you the one after it.
