The company
Owner-run since 2018, one crew, and a card after every job saying what pressure went on what.

The company was started in 2018 by its current owner, who still runs the machine. That is the reason the cards exist. Somebody who will be asked about this job in two years writes down the pressure they used.
One crew, and no second van doing it differently
The commonest complaint in this trade is that the second visit was nothing like the first. That happens when a company grows by adding vans faster than it can teach them which surface takes what. We would rather book you next week than send somebody who owns one setting.
The refusals are the business
We will not pressure a shingle roof, will not wand a driveway, will not seal damp pavers and will not clean a chalky elevation without a test patch you have looked at. Every one of those buys a quiet afternoon and costs somebody a surface.
What we will always do
- Wet the beds and turf below the run-off before, during and after.
- Write the pressure, the tip and the mix on the card, per surface.
- Say what will not come out before we start, not after you have paid.
- Photograph anything already damaged before we touch it.
- Do a test patch on anything we are not certain about.
Deliberately empty. This is a demonstration company and it has never washed anything — and in this trade a borrowed before-and-after is not a placeholder, it is a fabricated result.
Tell us about the surfaces. Somebody will come and look at them.
The chat takes the surfaces and the address, then hands it to the desk. It books quotes — it never prices a job in a chat window.
