What to have ready
- Which surfaces — roof, siding, drive, path, cage, deck, gutters.
- What each one is made of, if you know. It is fine not to.
- Whether anyone has cleaned or sealed them before, and roughly when.
- Whether there is an outside tap, and where the beds are.
