Why pressure cannot win
Iron staining is in the pore of the concrete, not on it. Pressure removes concrete, not rust — you end up with a lighter patch of eroded surface and the stain still visible in it.
What actually works
Oxalic acid, given dwell time, then neutralized and rinsed. On heavy staining it takes more than one application, and we will tell you that up front rather than promising one visit.
Fixing the cause
If it is irrigation, the head is throwing onto the concrete and it will come back in a month. We will point at the head. Fixing it is somebody's job and it may as well be a cheap one.
