The test patch
On oxidized siding, old wood, rust and anything painted, a square gets done first and you look at it dry. It is the difference between an expectation and a disappointment.
Itemized so you can decline a line
House, driveway, roof, gutters, cage and deck are priced separately. Nothing is bundled so that declining one means declining all of it.
