Pressure washing in St. Petersburg. The house you stop being embarrassed by.
Refused
Pressure strips the granules; manufacturers require a low-pressure wash.
The card says the pressure, the tip and the mix we actually used.
Asked for · 3,000 psi on the roof
Refused
Pressure strips the granules off an asphalt shingle — the layer carrying its UV protection — and the shingle manufacturers require low-pressure chemical cleaning instead. The streaks came off anyway; the roof kept its life.
One crew, one property, and the card before the trailer moves.
Nobody books an exterior clean because they want a driveway. They book it because of how the house looks from the road, and because they have run out of ways not to notice. This is that day, hour by hour — including the hour we said no.

Somebody walks the property before there is a price
Surface types and their condition, water access and the pressure at the spigot, where the run-off goes, what is planted underneath, and anything already damaged — photographed before we touch it. A price per square foot agreed sight unseen is a guess about surfaces nobody has looked at.

Anything uncertain gets a test patch, and you look at it dry
Oxidised siding, old wood, rust staining and anything painted get one square done first, somewhere nobody looks. Chalky siding rinses clean and comes back dull the moment it dries, which is why the patch is judged dry. It is the difference between an expectation and a disappointment.

You ask for 3,000 psi on the roof. The answer is no, at any price
Pressure strips the granules off a shingle, and that layer is what carries the roof’s UV protection — most manufacturers require low-pressure chemical cleaning instead. The streaking comes off at roughly garden-hose pressure, about 100 psi, with an eight-minute dwell and a rinse. The 3,200 psi goes on the driveway, where it belongs. Asked for and refused goes on the card, with the reason.
- 13:10
You come out at lunchtime and the front of the house is its own colour again
The whole elevation soft-washed under 500 psi, because pressure drives water up under the siding lap and into the wall. The driveway and entry path run with a surface cleaner for an even pass — not a wand, and not the stripes you would then be looking at for years. Beds and turf wet down before, kept wet, and rinsed after.

The card reaches your phone before the trailer leaves the kerb
Every surface, the method, the psi, the tip, the solution and how long it dwelled — and the line where we did less than we were asked to. It is the only thing here the next company can be compared against, and it is worth more than any photograph of a half-clean driveway.
That is the whole product: a house you stop apologising for, and a roof that was never once hit with pressure to get there — written down surface by surface, with the psi we used and the psi we refused.
The wash card is the product.
Anyone can post a half-clean driveway. This is the document that says what pressure went on which surface — and what we refused to do, with the reason.
There is no such thing as one pressure. Concrete takes three thousand psi and a surface cleaner. Wood wants five hundred to twelve hundred and it wants the grain followed. Vinyl siding is a chemical job under five hundred, because pressure drives water up under the lap and into the wall. A roof is washed at roughly garden-hose pressure and never more. A company that owns one setting will use it on all four.
So the card names the surface, the method, the psi, the nozzle and the mix — and the line that matters most is usually the one where we did less than we were asked to.
Bring this in
House wash and driveway together, $189.
The two surfaces that change how a house looks from the curb, done in one visit and on the same card — each at the pressure it actually wants.
- Whole elevation soft-washed under 500 psi — chemistry, not force, so nothing goes behind the siding
- Driveway and entry path with a surface cleaner — an even pass, not a wand and stripes
- Beds and turf wet down before and rinsed after — run-off is a plant problem before it is anything else
- The card, with pressure and mix per surface — so the next company has something to be compared to
- A written note on what will not come out — burned-in tire marks, old paint, some oil
Single-story residential up to about 2,000 square feet, within the service area. Roofs, cages, decks and gutter brightening are quoted separately because they are separate jobs with separate methods. Rust and oxidation get a test patch before a price.
Five steps, and you approve the third one.
Most companies quote a price per square foot down the phone. We look at the surfaces first, because the surfaces decide the method and the method decides the price.

Concrete with a surface cleaner. Wood with the grain. Siding chemically, under 500. Roofs at roughly garden-hose pressure and never more. Beds and turf wet down before, kept wet, and rinsed after.

The card reaches your phone before we leave
Every surface, the method, the pressure, the solution and its dwell time — and anything we refused to do, with the reason.
Every surface, at the pressure it wants.
If it is not something we should do, we will tell you who should. Anything structural, anything on a roof that needs walking, and anything requiring a lift goes to somebody licensed for it.
Real reviews, pulled live. Not a wall of quotes we typed ourselves.
Reviews come straight from the company’s Google profile through the review widget already running on the other sites — so they update themselves and every one is verifiable.
Before and after, from the same spot.
A half-clean driveway photographed mid-pass is the oldest picture in this trade and it proves nothing except that the machine was switched on. A pair taken from one position, in the same light, before and after, is the only version worth showing.
These three are deliberately empty, and on this page more deliberately than on any other. Before-and-after is the whole currency of this trade — a stock or generated pair here would not be a placeholder, it would be a fabricated result. This is a demonstration company and it has never washed anything.
Tell us about the surfaces. Somebody will come and look at them.
The chat takes the surfaces and the address, then hands it to the desk. It books quotes — it never prices a job in a chat window.
