The black streaking is algae and it comes off with a chemical soft wash at roughly garden-hose pressure. Same result, roof intact.

It depends entirely on the surface, which is the whole point. Concrete takes 3,000-plus psi through a surface cleaner. Wood wants 500 to 1,200, with the grain. Vinyl siding is a chemical job under 500, because pressure drives water up under the lap and into the wall. A roof is soft-washed. Your card says which was used where.

Because they used a wand instead of a surface cleaner. A wand cleans a narrow fan at whatever distance the operator holds it, so the pass is as even as somebody's wrist.
