What we stand behind
In writing on the work order before you approve it — and the four things we will not do at any price.

The work
If a surface we cleaned has not come up as agreed, we come back. The written scope on your order says which surfaces were included and at what method, so there is nothing to argue about afterwards.
What a clean cannot promise
Burned-in tire marks, some old oil, paint overspray, etching from a previous company and stains already in the pore of the concrete. All of those are named on the quote before we start. ⛔ Anybody promising a driveway will look new has not walked it.
Damage, and photographing it first
Loose siding, cracked screens, rotten trim and failing seals get photographed before anything is switched on. It protects you as much as us: without that photo, every pre-existing fault becomes an argument.
What we will not do at any price
Pressure wash a shingle roof. Clean siding with a wand. Seal pavers that are not dry. Put a price on oxidized siding without a test patch you have seen. Each of those looks like a faster job and each of them costs the customer more than the wash.
Tell us about the surfaces. Somebody will come and look at them.
The chat takes the surfaces and the address, then hands it to the desk. It books quotes — it never prices a job in a chat window.
