If it is not something we should do, we will tell you who should. Anything structural, anything needing a lift, and anything requiring a roof to be walked goes to somebody licensed for it.

The granules on an asphalt shingle carry its UV protection and its fire rating, and a pressure washer takes them into the gutter. Most manufacturers specify low-pressure chemical cleaning, and a pressure-washed roof can lose its warranty along with its life. We will not do it at pressure at any price.
