Surface first, then chemistry
Porous brick, sealed concrete, painted metal and glass all need a different approach. The test patch happens somewhere nobody looks, and it happens before a price is agreed.
Gum is heat, not pressure
Hot water at moderate pressure lifts gum off pavement without pitting it. Cold water and high pressure removes the pavement around the gum and leaves a clean circle.
Shadowing, and being honest about it
On some surfaces removal leaves a lighter patch. We will say so before we start, and where a whole panel needs doing to keep it even, we will quote that instead.
