Where we are, and what happens on the day
The office is on Kingfisher Run. All of the work happens at your property.
What we need from you
An outside tap and access to the surfaces. Cars off the driveway, windows shut, and anything on the lanai moved or told about. If there is a gate code, give it to the desk rather than leaving the gate open.
What happens first
A walk round with you if you are home, photographs of anything already damaged, and the beds and turf below the run-off wet down. Then the surfaces, in the order that keeps dirty water off the clean ones — which is why the roof is done before the driveway and not after.
Weather
Rain during a soft wash is not a problem; rain before the solution has had its dwell time is. If we have to come back, we come back — it is not billed twice and the card says why.
