Added today

Nothing

Every visit

Six readings, taken at your pool — written down and sent to your phone before we drive away, including the weeks when the honest answer is that nothing needed adding.

Read the last line. Stabilizer is high, which is why the chlorine keeps disappearing. No amount of shock fixes that — the only cure is replacing water, and we would rather tell you that than sell you chlorine for a year.

What was added to your pool today

Nothing

Stabilizer read 78 ppm against a 30–50 range, and at that level chlorine stops holding — so the honest answer was a partial drain, quoted for the next visit, rather than another jug of shock today.

What the week actually looks like

Thursday morning is ours. Saturday is yours.

Nobody buys pool service. They buy a weekend where the pool is not a question — so here is the week, told in your time rather than ours.

  1. THU 09:12

The truck is at your pool on the day it always is

Same day each week, same technician. You do not need to be home and nothing about your week has to move around ours.

  2. THU 09:20

Six numbers come off your water, not off a strip

Free chlorine, combined, pH, alkalinity, calcium and stabilizer — taken at the pool with a calibrated kit, and written down whether or not they are interesting.

  3. THU 09:31

Stabilizer reads 78, so nothing gets added

At that level the chlorine cannot hold, and no amount of shock changes it — the only cure is replacing water. You get told that, and a partial drain quoted, instead of a season of chemicals that was never going to work. That is a refusal, not a bigger sale.

  4. THU 09:44

The report is on your phone before the truck leaves the property

All six readings, what was added and how much, the filter pressure, and anything that is not right yet — including the weeks where the honest answer is that nothing was needed.

  5. SAT 11:00

Nobody tests anything. Everybody gets in

You already know what the water is doing, because you read it on Thursday. That is the whole difference between a pool you own and a pool you worry about.

That is the whole product: a weekend where the pool is not a question — and a record honest enough that the week nothing was needed still arrives in writing.

What you go home with

The water report is the product.

Anyone can make a pool look clear for a weekend. This is the document that shows you what the water is actually doing — and what we decided not to sell you.

Clear and safe are different conditions, and only one of them is visible. A pool can be perfectly clear with no free chlorine left in it. It can also be cloudy the morning after a storm with nothing whatever wrong. The six numbers tell you which you have; looking at it does not.

The report goes to your phone with the readings, what was added and how much, the filter pressure, and anything we noticed that is not right yet. Nothing is added to a pool we did not test.

Bring this in

Filter clean and a full water panel, $89.

The most useful hour anyone can spend on a pool that is not behaving — the filter opened, the clean pressure recorded, and all six readings explained.

  • Filter opened, inspected and photographed — cartridge, DE or sand
  • Clean starting pressure written down — so ‘ten over clean’ finally means something
  • All six readings taken on site — and what each one is doing to the others
  • Equipment pad walk-round — pump, heater, valves, salt cell
  • A written answer — including ‘nothing is wrong’, if that is the answer

One residential pool, within the service area. Parts and repairs are quoted separately and never carried out without your reply. A pool that needs a partial drain will be told so on the first visit rather than after a season of chemicals.

How a visit goes

Five steps, and you approve the fourth one.

Most companies tell you the pool is fine. We show you the reason — the reading, the range it should be in, and what happens if it waits.

  1. 01

We test before we touch anything

Six readings taken at your pool, on site, with a kit that is calibrated — not a strip held up to a card. The numbers decide what happens next; the look of the water does not.

Free chlorine, combined, pH, alkalinity, calcium and stabilizer.

  2. 02

We find out which number moved

One reading out of range usually explains the others. Chlorine that keeps vanishing is nearly always the stabilizer; pH that will not sit still is nearly always the alkalinity.

The equipment pad is walked at the same visit — pump, filter pressure, heater, salt cell.

  3. 03

Anything that needs a repair is quoted

Parts and labor, itemized, with the reading or the pressure that made us recommend it. Approve all of it, some of it, or none of it.

Sent by text or email. Reply with a line number to decline that item.

  4. 04

You approve, then we do the work

Nothing is opened, drained or replaced before you reply. What was added goes on the record by amount, not as “chemicals”.

Photos of anything you cannot see from the deck.

  5. 05

The report goes to your phone before we leave

All six numbers, what was added, the filter pressure, and anything that is not right yet. Including the visits where the answer was that nothing was needed.

Warranty: written on your service order, in months, before you approve it

What we do

Service and repair, on the same truck.

If it is not something we should do, we will tell you who should. We would rather send one job away than do it badly.

The equipment pad

The half of a pool nobody photographs.

The pump, the filter, the heater and the valves are where every repair bill comes from, and most owners have never been shown their own. Every visit that touches the pad leaves pictures of it on the order.

The chat takes the symptom and the address, then hands it to the desk. It books visits — it never tries to diagnose a pool in a chat window.
