Why the stabilizer reading decides everything
Cyanuric acid protects chlorine from sunlight, and it also holds it back. At 30 ppm a pool needs about 2 ppm of free chlorine to stay sanitary; at 100 ppm it needs nearer 8, and no amount of shocking fixes that — the only cure for high stabilizer is draining water. A company that never tests CYA will sell you chlorine for years without ever telling you why it keeps disappearing.
What the numbers do to each other
Low alkalinity makes pH bounce with every rain; high calcium hardness scales the heater exchanger before it clouds the water; pH above 7.8 costs you most of your chlorine's strength. They are one system. We write all six on the report so you can see which one moved.
What we will not do
We will not dose a pool we did not test, and we will not tell you the water is fine because it is clear. Clear and safe are different conditions and only one of them is visible.
Tell us about the pool. We will tell you the next opening.
The chat takes the symptom and the address, then hands it to the desk. It books visits — it never tries to diagnose a pool in a chat window.
