A year on our labor, written down.
If something we did lets go inside a year, we come back and do it again. Here’s exactly what that covers, and what it doesn’t.
What’s covered
Our labor on every line ticked on your list, for one year from the visit. A mount that loosens, a patch that cracks along its edge, a door that drops again, caulk that lets go: we come back and redo it at no charge.
What isn’t
- A job we referred. A line marked for an electrician, a plumber or anyone else is covered by whoever did it, not us. We didn’t do it, so we can’t stand behind it.
- Materials. Parts carry their maker’s warranty, and we pass it on to you.
- New damage. A patch that’s hit by another doorknob, or a fence board broken by a storm.
- The cause we told you about. A water-stained ceiling patched before the leak was fixed, when we said the leak came first.
This is a sample warranty for a demonstration business. A real one would be written for that business, and handed over with the list.
