On a live site, this page pulls reviews straight from the business's Google Business Profile and shows them as they are written, good and bad, with a link to the profile so you can read them at the source. Halyard Roofing is invented for a demonstration, so it has no Google profile and there is nothing to pull.

A real Halyard Roofing would appear here with its rating, its review count and its most recent reviews, refreshed from Google rather than typed in by hand. Because this business does not exist, the feed has nothing to show and correctly shows nothing.
Why we would not simply write some
It would take five minutes to put four warm paragraphs on this page with first names and last initials under them, and there is no technical difference between that and the review sections on a great many contractor websites. There is a considerable moral difference, and a legal one: an invented testimonial is a deceptive act, and it is the single easiest thing to fake on the whole internet, which is precisely why it is worth nothing to you as a reader.
So this page is either full of real reviews you can go and verify on Google in one click, or it is empty. Today it is empty.
What to read instead
If you want to judge a roofer without reviews, ask for three things. Ask for the nail specification — how many per shingle and where they go. Ask whether the deck gets re-nailed and with what. Ask what they do when the deck turns out to be worse than they priced. The answers to those three questions sort the trade faster than any star rating, and you can check the first two against the manufacturer's own instructions and the building code.

How reviews get collected on a real site
After the final walk, the customer gets a link to the Google profile and no script to read. Nobody is offered anything for a review, nobody is asked to leave one privately first so the bad ones can be filtered, and negative reviews are answered in public with the job number.
