The one we are building next
Mobile repair units — websites and AI staff
The van is the shop. The estimate should not have to wait until you are back at a desk.
A finished mobile repair units site — press anything
Curbside Mobile Repair is a company we invented, and built end to end.
Paintless repair on a creased door — declined at $0.00, because the paint had already cracked and pushing it would have made the next repair bigger.
The problem in mobile repair units
Mobile cosmetic repair — bumpers, PDR, wheels — is damage-priced work, which is exactly the motion this system was built around: a photo comes in, an estimate goes out. What kills a mobile day is everything either side of the actual repair. You are driving, then under a bumper, then driving again, and the inquiry that came in at 10am gets answered at 7pm from the sofa. The tools built for this trade mostly do not do it: nine were checked on their own pages, and photo-to-estimate is a named core workflow in one.
What your AI staff does for mobile repair units
- ✓The Receptionist answers while you are physically under a car — photos, vehicle, callback number, all captured.
- ✓The Estimator drafts the price from the damage photos. Bumper and PDR work is priced off damage, so this is the same job it already does for a collision shop — not a reskin.
- ✓The Review Bot and the Writer keep the Google profile that mobile customers actually search from.
- ✓The enquiry, the photos and the callback number arrive together in one place — not a voicemail, a text and an email you have to reassemble between calls.
- ✓A website that is yours, and answers at 9pm.
How somebody in mobile repair units actually gets found
It starts with a question typed at the worst possible hour.
- 01
They type this
“door ding repair that comes to you”
From an office parking lot
- 02
Meanwhile, at your end
The van is the shop, and the estimate should not wait until you are back at the yard.
- 03
What has to exist for you to be the answer
The limits, published — paintless repair does not work on cracked paint or stretched metal. The list of jobs you refuse is the most quotable thing this trade has.
- 04
What we put in that path
- A page that says plainly where we will tell you no
- The chat asks for photographs before any number
- A work order with the crease declined at $0.00
Nobody can sell you a position in a search result or an AI answer. There is no ranking to buy and no slot to reserve — an assistant composes its answer fresh for every question. What can be done is all of step four: make the business legible, put the answers in plain text a crawler receives, and let every AI crawler in. We do that on every site we build, and we will not promise you the paragraph.
Why this package and not three suppliers
One build, one bill, and the website is yours whatever happens next.
What most businesses in this trade are running
- Somebody who built the website, once, and moved on
- Somebody else posting, if anybody is
- Software that does not know either of them exist
Three relationships, three invoices, and nothing that carries a lead from the first to the third without a person retyping it.
What this is instead
- The site, built new on your own name
- The chat and the marketing that feed it
- Every job on one screen, wired to both
One build. The lead that arrives at nine at night is already on the screen you open in the morning, because it never left the system.
Whether it is worth it, in one division
$349 a month ÷ your gross profit per job = the extra jobs a month that pay for it
That is arithmetic on your number, not a promise about ours. We do not publish a recovery rate, because nobody can honestly know one — and the full price, the setup and the smaller door are all in the pricing panel below.
And if you ever stop, you keep your website. It is on your own domain, and it does not switch off because the subscription did.
The moment it earns its keep
A scuffed bumper photo lands at 8:40am while you are already on a job. By the time you have packed the kit, the drafted price is on your phone — one tap, and it is with the customer before you have pulled off the drive.
Worth knowing
Two honest things before you ask. First, this is the vertical we are building NEXT, not one that is finished — the bots and the estimator work today; the shop side is being shaped around a van rather than a bay, and we would rather show you where it stands than sell you a plan. Second, price: our setup and monthly are built for a business running several vans and several people. If you are a single operator, the tools aimed squarely at you start around $30 a month with no setup fee, and the tiers shops actually run on are nearer $90–$200, and we are not going to pretend we compete with that on price. Worth a conversation if you are growing past one van; probably not yet if you are not. ⚠️ And one more thing worth saying plainly: the shop-management platform — the board, the job stages, the money screens — was built inside a collision shop, and we do NOT sell it into this trade today. The staff, the estimator, the reviews, the marketing and the website are what you are buying. Ask us where the platform stands for your trade before you assume it is included; we would rather tell you than have you find out.
Simple, transparent pricing
- One-time setup: $2,995 — or financing available at checkout, no deposit.
- Then $349 a month — one plan, the whole staff, no tiers to pick between.
- If you ever stop: you keep your website — the management system and marketing platform switch off.
Your customers do not only get in touch during business hours — they get in touch when the problem happens. The lit strip is the shift that covers it.
Why customers notice this stuff · the numbers
The customers judging your trade already shop everywhere else online — their standard for answered-fast and looked-after was set by companies a thousand times your size.
75%
of customers expect companies to use new technologies to create better experiences.
Salesforce, State of the Connected Customer, 3rd ed. (8,000+ respondents) · verified 21 August 2026
41%
of consumers now "always" read reviews when looking for a business, up from 29% the year before.

None of that was laziness — it was arithmetic. Doing this properly used to mean a hire or an agency. That's the arithmetic that changed:
That is year one with the $2,995 setup in it; every year after is $4,188 — about 11%. Wage is the kindest comparison anyway: it leaves out payroll taxes, benefits and hiring. And we're not claiming a bot replaces a person; we're showing where the price sits. Both numbers are checkable.

Tell us the name and a way to reach you. One of our specialists builds a short demo on your business and sends you the link — no card, and nobody rings you at dinner unless you ask them to.
We build for these too
Plenty of mobile repair operators run more than one of these. Same build, same staff, priced the same way.

Built for AI search · on every site we build
Built to be read by the machines your customers now ask.
People do not only type into a search box any more — they ask ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok or Copilot, and an assistant can only repeat what a page actually says. So we build yours to be read: the answers rendered as plain text a crawler receives, real numbers instead of “contact us”, every AI crawler let in by name, and your own listings agreeing with each other. It is part of the build, not an add-on with a price on it.
And it is built on your own domain, in your own accounts — the part most businesses rent from somebody else. Owning it is the difference between running the marketing side of your business and being a passenger in it.
Do not get left behind by this. Be in front of it — and we walk you through the whole thing.
