Everyone should be able to use this.

Bots on Staff is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard only, magnification, or reduced motion. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the standard commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What we have done

✓ Text contrast measured across the site: body text runs about 7.7:1 and headings about 17:1 against their backgrounds, above the 4.5:1 minimum.
✓ Form fields carry accessible names, autocomplete hints, and borders that meet the 3:1 contrast minimum for controls.
✓ A “Skip to main content” link appears as soon as you press Tab, and every page has one main landmark.
✓ Keyboard focus is always visible, and every control can be reached and operated without a mouse.
✓ Animation — the moving bots, the demo conversation, scroll reveals — stops for anyone whose device requests reduced motion. Nothing important is conveyed by motion or color alone.
✓ Decorative artwork is hidden from screen readers; the demo conversation is labeled so it is announced as a demonstration, not as live messages.
✓ Form errors and confirmations are announced, not just shown in color.
✓ Clickable targets are at least 24 pixels, or have that much clear space around them — including the small links in the footer.
✓ Jumping to a section never parks the focused item underneath the fixed header.
✓ Nothing on the site needs a drag to operate: the calculator sliders work from the keyboard and from a single tap.
✓ Help is in the same place on every page, and the enquiry form never asks you for the same thing twice.

Where we still have work

We have not yet completed an independent third-party audit or full assistive-technology testing, so we do not claim to be fully conformant. Some interface mockups on the site use small type for realism. We review accessibility as part of shipping every page, and we fix what gets reported.
