A worried landscaper sits on his truck tailgate at dusk looking at a dark phone, an idle red mower, rake and empty wheelbarrow beside him on a quiet street.

Landscaping website design: The mowers are parked. Someone's yard got out of hand.

She is searching for a landscaper nearby, today.

After hours

What happens when someone finds your lawn and landscape website late at night

One visit, in four short silent clips.

  1. 11:04pm

It is late and you are off the clock. Someone reaches your lawn and landscape website.

  2. The chat

The chat on your site asks “Is this a lawn, a bed, or a sprinkler problem?” and how to reach them. It only asks. A person replies.

  3. By morning

The request is in your inbox, with the whole conversation attached.

  4. The day

You offer the days for your first mow. You confirm one, and nothing is set until you do.

8:02 AMCan you do a yard cleanup this week?
Yes. Can you take two pictures, the front yard and the backyard, of the areas you'd like cleaned up? A person at the shop uses them to give you a more accurate quote.

Photos first. Then it takes the request. Example · an invented conversation

A scripted demonstration: nothing typed into it is sent. On your site, the inquiry reaches you as a request and a person confirms. Nothing is priced, promised or diagnosed over chat.

The staff

What it does for landscapers, lawn care and grounds maintenance crews.

Your customer does not have the words. They cannot say regrade, drainage, or bark dust depth, so they write "the back is a mess" and hope. Meanwhile the work runs on a calendar everyone in town shares — spring clean-ups, mowing season, fall pruning — so the week the inquiries pile up is the same week for every crew, and the jobs go to whoever answered. And in a lot of markets, plenty of the inquiries are not in English.

Example · an illustration, not a real customer
It is the first warm Saturday in March and everybody remembers their garden on the same afternoon. Nineteen inquiries come in while you are on a job. By the time you are back in the truck they are sorted, each with what the yard is doing and the address, so you spend the evening pricing instead of ringing people back to ask what they meant.
  • The website chat answers in the evening and at weekends, asks what needs doing and hands the request to a person while you are still on a mower.
  • Its first question does the describing for them — regular maintenance, something dying or browning, or an overgrown yard that needs a reset — because "the back is a mess" is not a job yet.
  • Built in English and Spanish when your customers need it, the website and the chat both, not a translated menu.
  • On Growth, the Review Chaser drafts a reply to every Google review and the Marketer drafts Google Business Profile posts with photographs of your own jobs, for you to approve. Landscaping is chosen locally, off pictures.
  • A website that shows the work you actually did, with the town on it — the thing a neighbor recognizes.

Landscaping website design

What should a landscaping website include?

A landscaping website should keep recurring care (mowing, upkeep) apart from one-off jobs (a reset, a new bed), give each service its own page, and let a homeowner send photos of the yard with an address. It should list only the services you are certified to sell. Price comes after a person looks.

  1. Recurring care and one-off jobs kept apart

Regular mowing and upkeep, a dying or browning lawn and an overgrown yard that needs a reset are different inquiries. The chat's first question sorts them, and each has its own page.

  2. The yard, in the customer's own words

Nobody can describe a yard in one sentence. The chat asks what the yard is doing and hands the request to a person, you read it and price the work, and nothing is priced over chat.

  3. Only the services you are allowed to sell

Florida treats fertilizing for hire and lawn weed and pest treatment as certified work, apart from mowing and edging, and county fertilizer rules differ. We write the pages around what you tell us you do.

Questions

Straight answers.

What does the chat ask about a yard?

Whether it is regular upkeep, something dying or browning, or an overgrown yard that needs a reset, plus photos and the address. You read it and price the work; nothing is priced over chat.

Should a lawn care website list weed and pest control?

Only if the business is licensed for it. In Florida, applying fertilizer for hire takes a certification, and lawn weed and pest treatment is licensed separately from mowing. We write the page around what you are allowed to sell.

What does a landscaping website cost?

A landscaping website is a single payment, from $1,195. A monthly plan sits apart from it and is optional, starting at $49, month to month with no minimum. Full figures and inclusions are on the pricing page. The site has to keep recurring mowing apart from one-off jobs and follow the seasons.

How long does it take?

First comes a real home page for your lawn and landscape business, built by hand and free, in 12 to 48 hours. It would show your services, your service area and photos of finished yards. Look at it before any money moves; the remaining pages are planned with you afterward.

Where is the line for a landscaping business?

Straight about which half is which. The chat, the drafted review replies and posts, and the website work for a landscaping business today. The shop-management platform is not part of what we sell for landscaping.

Do I own it, and what if I already have a website?

Your site, with every yard photo and service page, is yours to keep on your own domain. If the chat or the marketing ends, only those two stop. A landscaping site you already like can be folded into the build; one that is holding you back gets rebuilt.
