Landscaping marketing company that fills in the street you already mow.
A landscaping company grows one street at a time. The neighbor sees your crew next door, looks you up on her phone and decides within a minute. We set up what she finds, keep it current through the seasons, and put nothing out without your approval. No results are promised.
A quiet week is a marketing problem. Here is how a route fills.
Last reviewed
Six places a neighbor decides about your crew.
She sees a truck on the street, a sign in a yard or hears a name from the neighbor next door. Then she checks you out. These are the places she looks, and what we do in each.
Platinum Service
Reviews, asked for after the clean-up
Platinum Service includes asking customers for reviews and answering the Google reviews you receive. The natural moment is the day a spring clean-up is finished and the beds look sharp. You approve everything first, and we never write, buy or trade a review.
Platinum Service
Finished-yard posts
Platinum Service includes Business Profile posts: a photo of a bed, a sodded lawn or a reset yard from your own jobs, the neighborhood and a few plain lines. Drafted for your company, approved by you, and only for work the homeowner would be glad to see shown.
We can build it
A page for the street you just worked
A door hanger left at the neighbors after a job can point to a page on your site that names their neighborhood and the services you do there. A neighbor who looks you up finds a real company, not just a phone number.
We can build it
Seasonal notices you approve
Spring clean-up, summer heat and irrigation checks, the rainy season, fall leaves, storm clean-up: a short notice for your website can be drafted around each, written in your voice and published only after you approve it. We can plan the schedule with you ahead of each season.
Optional add-on
Google Ads for lawn care near me
Ads aimed at the searches of people who want a crew now, set up and run for you in an account in your name. The spend and the keywords are visible to you. Optional, and nothing is started without your yes.
Written into your website
A website chat that asks about the yard
The chat on your site asks the first question, what the yard is doing, and hands the request to a person at your company.
The same four steps, street after street.
Marketing for a route business only counts if the homeowner can take the next step easily, from the porch, in a minute. This is what the website does for you.
- Step
She sees the crew, or a door hanger
A truck on the next street, a hanger on the door, a name mentioned over the fence. She does not call yet. She looks you up, and what she finds decides whether she goes on.
- Step
She finds a company that looks real
Your Business Profile and website agree with each other: services, neighborhoods, photos of your own finished yards. A phone number is a tap away, and the chat is there if she would rather write.
- Step
She tells the chat about the yard
The chat asks what the yard is doing and hands her request to a person at your company. You read it, reply and pick the day. The chat names no figure for the job.
- Step
The work is done, and the review request follows
With Platinum Service, the customer is asked for a review once the job is finished, and a finished-yard post can be drafted from your photos. You approve both before anything goes out.
What we do not do, so you can trust what we do.
Lawn care marketing is crowded with promises. These are the ones we will not make.
Promise calls, jobs or a full route
Weather, season and your neighbors' habits are not ours to control. We do not promise calls, jobs, a position or a return. We set the work up and run it with your approval, and you can ask us what is in place at any time.
Write a review that did not happen
Never. A review from a person who was never your customer puts your company and your profile at risk. With Platinum Service, we ask after real jobs and answer the reviews that arrive.
Run an ad you did not say yes to
Ads are optional and run in an account in your name. Nothing starts without your yes, and you can see the spend and the keywords. Say stop and it stops.
Show a yard that is not yours to show
Posts use photos of your own finished work, framed without a house number or a customer's name. If a homeowner would rather not see her yard online, it does not go up.
See your own company's home page before you pay anything.
- Tell us the company nameAnd a way to reach you. No card, no password.
- We hand-build itIn 12 to 48 hours, with the website chat on it.
- You look at it, then decideIf you want the rest, we build it. If not, you owe nothing.

Your trade: Landscaping & lawn care
Straight answers.
Do door hangers still work for a lawn crew?
They can, because a hanger reaches the one neighbor who has just watched you work. We cannot say what a hanger brings. What we can do is build a page on your site for that neighborhood, so a homeowner who types your name finds your services, your photos and a way to reach you.
Should I ask for a review after the first mow or after a big project?
After a job that visibly changed her yard is usually the easier moment: a clean-up, a new bed, a repaired zone. A regular customer may take months to feel she has something to say. Platinum Service includes asking customers for reviews, and you approve who is asked and when. We never write or buy a review.
Does it make sense to advertise on Google if I only want a few more stops?
It might not. Ads work when enough people search for what you offer near you, and a small gain can take more of your attention than it returns. Google Ads is an optional add-on, we make no promise, and nothing starts without your yes. Some owners try a single season and stop.
How should I answer a review from a customer whose lawn turned brown?
Calmly, briefly, and without arguing the cause in public. Thank her, say you would like to look into it, and give a way to reach you. Platinum Service includes answering Google reviews: we draft the reply in your voice and you approve it. Whether heat, watering rules or the work caused the browning is a conversation for you and her.
I want more design and installation jobs, not just mowing. Can the marketing lean that way?
Yes. The pages, the finished-yard posts and any ads can lead with beds, sod, borders and installs instead of weekly care, using photos of your own projects. We make no promise that calls follow, and we write only about work your crew really does, so a homeowner is never surprised by what you take.
What if a property manager or HOA board picks the crew, not the homeowner?
Then the reader is different. A manager wants to see that you work in communities like hers, that you are insured and that someone answers. We can write a page for community work in plain words, and name communities you serve if they agree. Anything we write still waits for your approval.
Will you contact my customers without asking me?
No. Nothing goes to a customer, and nothing goes on your profile, until you have approved it. That covers review requests, review replies, posts and notices. With Platinum Service we draft those and send them once you say yes, and you can say stop at any point. Ads run only in an account in your name.
How do I avoid sounding like every other lawn company?
Use specifics a copied page cannot have: your neighborhoods, photos of your own yards, a plain description of what your crew does and how a visit works. We write each page from what you tell us, not from a template used for another company, and you read it before it goes live.
