Referral program · Growth
Half your town sees the job before you do.
The realtor sees the roof, the car wash sees the scuff, the inspector sees the water heater. Give them a reason to send it to you: a fee you choose, a link on their phone, and a count kept to the dollar.
Part of Growth, $249/mo, the same for every trade · every price

The realtor walks every house first.
The car wash sees every scuff.
The inspector writes it all down.
Your trade
Who refers you, and which job pays for it.
“You can pay for referrals” is the same sentence in every trade. Who sends them, and which work may carry a fee, is different in each of these 12.

Auto body & repair
The people who see damaged cars all day mostly are not body shops.
- The car washSees every scuffed bumper in town and fixes none of them.
- The mechanicTurns away dent and paint work every week. Now it has somewhere to go.
- The fleet managerLandscapers, plumbers, HVAC. A dozen vans, and one is always scraped.
Everything we build for auto body & repairWhat pays a fee here
Customer-pay work only — the scuffs, the dings, the door dents, the bumpers somebody is paying for out of their own pocket. An insurance claim pays a referral of nothing, ever, and the system will not let it.
What the app doesThe partner’s link opens on the phone at the register. Red while it is just a name, amber the second a repair order exists, green when the customer has paid — and the month totals itself off that job’s real numbers.

Lawn & landscape
Everyone who walks a property notices the yard. Almost none of them cut grass.
- The property managerTwenty doors, twenty yards, and a phone that rings about all of them.
- The realtorA listing photographs better mown. They need it done this week, every week.
- The irrigation supplierSells the parts, does not run the routes. Sends the whole install on.
Everything we build for lawn & landscapeWhat pays a fee here
The install, the clean-up and the contract that follows it — a referral that turns into a weekly route is worth more than the first cut, and it is the first cut that gets logged.
What the app doesOne link per property manager, and the referral goes amber the moment the job is scheduled rather than when somebody remembers. The month total is what you owe, computed from the jobs behind it.

Pressure washing
The dirtiest driveway in the street is seen by everyone and washed by nobody.
- The realtorEvery listing wants the drive and the elevation done before the photographs.
- The rooferUp there anyway, and asked about the black streaking on every single job.
- The painterCannot paint a chalky elevation. Needs it washed first, by somebody who will not wand it.
Everything we build for pressure washingWhat pays a fee here
The house wash, the driveway, the roof soft-wash, the commercial account. Every one is customer-pay, which is why this trade is one of the cleanest referral programs we run.
What the app doesA realtor sends a listing address from the curb. It is logged the moment it happens, and the same address cannot be sent twice by two different partners — the second one is refused as it is typed.

Pool service
A green pool is spotted by half a dozen trades before anyone tests it.
- The home inspectorLooks at the equipment pad on every sale and services none of them.
- The realtorA pool that is green on inspection day holds up a closing.
- The landscaperThere every week, sees the water, and does not want to touch the chemistry.
Everything we build for pool serviceWhat pays a fee here
The green-to-clean, the equipment swap, and the monthly service that follows. The recurring account is the real prize and the system keeps the referral attached to the job that started it.
What the app doesThe inspector sends the address from the equipment pad. Their board shows a first name, where it got to and what is coming — and nothing else about your business, your other partners or your totals.

Auto detailing
Everybody who handles a car for a living notices the interior. Almost none of them clean it.
- The used-car lotReconditions constantly and hates doing it in-house.
- The body shopFinishes a repair and the rest of the car does not match it.
- The fleet managerA dozen vans that are photographed for the website once a year.
Everything we build for auto detailingWhat pays a fee here
Every job in this trade is customer-pay, so every job can carry a referral — the recon, the ceramic, the lease-return interior, the boat before the season.
What the app doesThe lot manager sends a car from the row without ringing anyone. It goes green when the customer pays, and the month total is what you owe him — not what somebody remembered.

Mobile repair units
The trade is built on going to the car. Everyone who already has the car in front of them is a partner.
- The used-car lotRecons every trade-in and would rather not move the car to do it.
- The dealership service driveSees the wheel rash on every write-up and books none of it.
- The fleet managerA scraped van is off the road for a day. It does not have to be.
Everything we build for mobile repair unitsWhat pays a fee here
Dent, wheel, bumper and glass work billed to the customer or the lot. ⛔ Anything running through a claim pays nothing — the same switch as the body shops.
What the app doesThe van is the shop, so the whole program lives on a phone. A service writer sends a car from the drive and the referral is logged before the van has moved.

Plumbing & HVAC
Half the trades in town walk past the water heater and the air handler every week.
- The property managerTwenty doors, twenty water heaters, and a phone that rings about all of them.
- The handymanTurns down anything needing a license, every week, and has nowhere to send it.
- The realtorAn inspection report with an air handler on it holds up a closing.
Everything we build for plumbing & hvacWhat pays a fee here
The service call, the repair and the replacement — all of it customer-pay, and the replacement is the one worth a real fee.
What the app doesA handyman sends the job the moment he decides it needs a license. It is logged from his phone, and he can see it move without ringing your office to ask.

Tree service
Everyone who works on the property looks up at the same limb and none of them will climb it.
- The landscaperThere every week, looking at the limb over the roof, and does not do trees.
- The rooferCannot warranty a roof with a branch resting on it.
- The property managerOne storm hits every property at once and he needs one phone number.
Everything we build for tree serviceWhat pays a fee here
The removal, the trim, the storm clean-up and the stump. Customer-pay work, and the storm week is when the referrals actually arrive.
What the app doesA landscaper sends the address from the yard he is already standing in. It is logged there and then, and the month totals itself — which matters most in the week nobody has time to write anything down.

Garage door repair
A door that will not close is seen by the whole street and fixed by almost nobody on it.
- The home inspectorWrites the door up on the report and repairs none of them.
- The realtorA door that will not close is on every buyer’s repair request.
- The property managerDoors, literally. Twenty of them, and every one has a spring.
Everything we build for garage door repairWhat pays a fee here
The spring, the opener, the panel and the full replacement. It is customer-pay work, and it is usually wanted this week.
What the app doesThe inspector writes the door up and sends it in the same minute. Your office sees a real address instead of a name on a message that arrived at nine at night.

Roofing
The roof is the one part of the house everybody photographs and nobody touches.
- The home inspectorPhotographs the roof on every sale and repairs none of them.
- The pressure washerUp on the elevation, asked about the black streaking on every single job.
- The realtorA roof on the inspection report is the thing that stops a closing.
Everything we build for roofingWhat pays a fee here
Customer-pay repairs and replacements. ⛔ A job marked as an insurance claim pays a referral of nothing — the system returns zero and there is no override.
What the app doesThe washer sends the address from the driveway with the streaking still on his screen. It is logged as his, and it cannot be logged again by somebody else next week.

Screen enclosures & lanais
In Florida the cage is what everybody is standing under and nobody is looking after.
- The pool serviceUnder the cage every week and looking straight at the torn panel.
- The rooferSame storm, same house, and the cage is not his trade.
- The realtorA hanging panel is the first thing in the listing photographs.
Everything we build for screen enclosures & lanaisWhat pays a fee here
Rescreens, panel and door repairs, and the rebuild after a storm. ⛔ Where the rebuild goes through a claim, the referral pays nothing.
What the app doesThe pool tech sends two photos and the side of the house from the pad. That is the referral — no form, no login, and it is his the moment it lands.

RV & trailer repair
Rigs sit for months where somebody else is watching them, and that somebody does not turn a wrench.
- The campground managerSees every rig that limps in, and has nobody to point them at.
- The storage yardRows of rigs sitting all winter, all of them needing something in March.
- The dealershipSells them happily and would rather not service them.
Everything we build for rv & trailer repairWhat pays a fee here
Service, repair and the de-winterizing nobody wants to do themselves. Customer-pay work, and the season decides when it arrives.
What the app doesThe park manager carries one link on the phone he already answers the gate with. He sees what he sent and what is owed — and nothing else about your shop.
The rule
One rule is the same in all 12.
✓ What a fee can ride on
Customer-pay work, whatever that is in your trade. Every card above names which jobs those are, in that trade's own words.
✕ What the math returns zero on
Any job marked as an insurance claim. In every trade, with no manager override.
Collision and claim work
Insurance jobs pay a referral fee of nothing. Ever.
Not cash, not a gift card, not a discount, not “just this once”. In California, paying or accepting anything of value for steering claim-related work to a repair shop is a crime under Insurance Code §750, and there is no amount small enough to be safe. So the program does not ask you to remember it: the moment a job is marked as an insurance claim, the payout returns zero, the staff screen warns whoever is typing, and the partner's own board says it in plain English. There is no override.
Not legal advice, and rules differ by state. Your attorney has the final word on your market; we built to the strictest line we know.
Two screens
Flip it and see exactly what they get to look at.
Drawn with a body shop's jobs as the example. Every trade's board works the same way, with its own jobs on it.

Illustrative board at a demo shop. The fee is a percentage of the job's LABOR — 5% by default, set per partner — and it locks the moment a manager accepts the referral, so it can't drift afterwards. Priya's row is the rule doing its job: her repair went to an insurer, so it pays nothing, and no one at the shop can override that.
No app to download. No password to forget.
Your partner gets one link. It opens on their phone and shows four things: who they sent you, where each one got to, what is already earned, and what is coming. That is the whole product on their side, on purpose: a partner who has to create an account never opens it.
- Turning them off kills the link the same second.
- First names only: no numbers, no addresses, nothing about your other partners.
- The month's total resets on the 1st; the jobs behind every payment are kept.

How it runs
Five steps, and you do one of them.
You sign a partner up
You add the realtor, the car wash or the inspector and pick their fee. They can also sign themselves up on your public join page, but they land inactive until someone at your business approves them. Nobody adds themselves to your payroll.
They get their own link
No password, no app to download, no account to forget. It is their board, and it opens on their phone.
They send you a customer
Logged the moment it happens. If that person is already your customer, or already referred, the system refuses it: a referral has to actually be new.
The light changes on its own
Red while it is just a name. Amber the moment a job exists for it. Green when the customer has paid. Nobody updates a spreadsheet.
The month totals itself
What you owe each partner, worked out from the real jobs. It resets on the 1st, and the jobs behind every payment are kept.

The guard rails
The parts that keep it honest.
It won't pay twice for one customer
Already in your contacts, or already referred by someone else? The log is refused as it is entered, because once a job is attached a double-counted referral looks exactly like a real one.
Turning a partner off cuts the link at once
Deactivate them and their board goes dark the same second. That is the revoke: one switch, no clean-up.
The partner can't see your business
Not your other partners, not your totals, not a customer's phone number. Their link returns their own referrals and a first name, and nothing else.
Whoever brought the partner in gets a cut
Sign a partner up yourself and 1% follows you, so your manager has a reason to build the network, not just run it.
It does not send the money. It tracks every referral, works out what each partner is owed and keeps the jobs behind the number, and it holds where the check goes and whether a 1099 went out. You pay your partners the way you already pay people.
