A worried tree-care professional sits on a cut log at dusk looking at a dark phone, a switched-off chainsaw in its case and a rope coil beside him.

Quiet day · your crew

Tree service website design: The chipper is quiet. A tree leans over someone's roof.

She is searching for a tree service she can trust.

After hours

What happens when someone finds your tree service website late at night

One visit, in four short silent clips.

  1. 11:04pm

It is late and you are off the clock. Someone reaches your tree service website.

  2. The chat

The chat on your site asks “Are there power lines near the tree?” and how to reach them. It only asks. A person replies.

  3. By morning

The request is in your inbox, with the whole conversation attached.

  4. The day

You offer the days for your first tree visit. You confirm one, and nothing is set until you do.

  2. On your site

The first question is about power linesThe chat asks about lines near the tree, then passes the request to a person. We can build photo intake for you, so you can see the lean and the limbs.

  3. Each request

A first tree visit, set by a personThe chat offers days for your first tree visit. Your crew lead looks them over, and nothing is set until a person says yes.

  4. Month by month

Google Ads for trees that need attentionWe set up the campaign and keep it running. Google gets the ad budget straight from you, our fee is separate, and it is built to cut wasted clicks. Setup is $299 once, then $249 a month to run it.

  5. Over time

From a quiet chipper to the next treeWe can help you go from leaning trees waiting on a call to a crew moving from one to the next. We make no promise about the pace.

The chat

It asks the first question you would.

The Sable Ridge Tree Care chat, word for word: its opening question and its first buttons.

  • Tree service

“Tell me what you're looking at and I'll gather what the owner needs.”

    • Remove a tree
    • Trim or lift
    • Stump grinding

A scripted demonstration: nothing typed into it is sent. On your site, the inquiry reaches you as a request and a person confirms. Nothing is priced, promised or diagnosed over chat.

The staff

What it does for tree services, arborists and storm crews.

The inquiry that actually pays is the quiet one. Somebody looks at the live oak leaning over their lanai on a Sunday evening in April, photographs it twice, and asks whether it should come down before the season starts. You are in a saddle with a running saw from Monday morning, so it sits until the crew is off the ropes on Tuesday afternoon — by which time they have had two other companies out to look at it. The storm work finds you whether you answer or not. The planned removals go to whoever replied.

Example · an illustration, not a real customer
A Sunday in April, 7:40pm. A homeowner asks about a live oak leaning towards a pool cage and what it would take. The chat asks what is under the canopy and whether a truck can reach the back gate, and files it with both answers. You are off the ropes at four on Monday and open one screen: the tree, the access, the address, and the questions already answered. You agree a look for Wednesday morning and give the estimate on the spot. The two companies she also messaged call her back on Tuesday.
  • The Sunday-evening inquiry gets a real answer, with the questions already asked.
  • The chat asks what a first look actually needs — what is under the tree, how a truck gets in — so the site visit is an estimate, not a survey.
  • Dry-season structural pruning inquiries are written down with the details, so they are still there when the storm season ends.
  • A reply drafted to every review, in your voice, for you to approve — including the one about the ruts in the lawn.
  • A site on your own name that separates climbing and removal from the lawn crews — you are not a landscaper and searches should not treat you like one.

The price

Every price, before you talk to anybody.

A website starts at $1,195, paid once. The monthly package is separate. For tree services, arborists and storm crews, the chat that answers comes with Starter, and every bot with Growth.

Tree service website design

What should a tree service website include?

A tree service website should ask about power lines before anything else, keep storm and emergency work apart from scheduled pruning and removals, and ask what the tree is doing, what is near it and whether a truck can reach it. Credentials are named exactly as held, and a person writes the quote.

  1. Power lines come first

The demo chat asks whether any part of the tree is on or near a power line before it asks anything else. A yes ends the conversation with a safety message. Most tree sites never mention lines at all.

  2. Storm and emergency work kept separate from scheduled jobs

A tree on a roof and a routine prune are different inquiries. Each has a page, and the chat asks what the tree is doing, what is near it and whether a truck can reach it.

  3. Credentials stated as what they are

ISA certification belongs to a person, not a company, so a page should say Certified Arborist on staff only when it is true and name the credential. We write what you tell us you hold, never more.

Questions

Straight answers.

What does the chat ask about a tree?

Whether any part of it is on or near a power line, before anything else: a yes stops everything and says to stay back and call the utility. Otherwise it asks what the tree is doing, what is near it and whether a truck can reach it, then hands the request to a person, who writes the quote. Nothing is priced over chat.

Can the website handle storm-season inquiries?

The chat answers day and night, so a message sent after a storm gets the power-line question first and a request is waiting when you read it. It promises no arrival time: a person confirms by email or a call.

What does a tree service website cost?

Tree work is paid for in two separate parts: the website once, from $1,195, and a monthly plan, optional, from $49, month to month with no minimum. See the pricing page for every figure. A tree service site has to carry power-line warnings, with storm and emergency work, removals and pruning each on their own pages.

How long does it take?

In 12 to 48 hours we hand-build a real home page for your tree company, free, with your emergency line, a power-line safety note and the zones you work. You look at it before any money moves, then we plan the remaining pages together.

Where is the line for a tree service business?

Where the line is, plainly. The chat, the reviews, the marketing and the website run for a tree company today. Nothing is priced over chat: species, diameter, lean, what is underneath, whether a crane is coming and where the debris goes decide the number. The shop-management platform is not part of what we sell for tree service. And the storm surge is honest work but it arrives on the telephone, which our staff does not answer. What they answer is everything that comes in writing.

Do I own it, and what if I already have a website?

Storm-work pages and all, the website is yours on your own domain. If you ever end the service, only the chat and the marketing stop, and nothing on the site goes with them. A tree site you already like can be worked into the build; one that is holding you back can be rebuilt.
