Slow week · your route

Pool service website design: Your route has gaps. A green pool is waiting nearby.

She wants a pool service she can actually reach.

After hours

What happens when someone finds your pool service website late at night

One visit, in four short silent clips.

  1. 11:04pm

It is late and you are off the clock. Someone reaches your pool service website.

  2. The chat

The chat on your site asks “Is the pool green, cloudy, or is it the pump?” and how to reach them. It only asks. A person replies.

  3. By morning

The request is in your inbox, with the whole conversation attached.

  4. The day

You offer the days for your first pool clean. You confirm one, and nothing is set until you do.

The staff

What it does for pool service and repair companies.

A pool goes green over a weekend in June — ninety-degree water, a three o'clock storm washing lawn fertilizer in, and by Sunday it is not a pool any more. The owner photographs it on Saturday morning and messages three companies. You are on a deck with a chlorine bucket and wet hands from seven until four, so you read it at six, and by then somebody has already answered. Some of your customers are not even in the state — snowbirds, rental owners, property managers who message rather than call, from a time zone that is not yours.

Example · an illustration, not a real customer
It is a Saturday in July. The pool went green on Thursday and the owner messages at 8:40am from a kitchen in Ohio, because the house is a rental and the guests arrive Friday. The chat answers, asks what the water and the filter are doing, and files it. You are on your fourth pool of the day and you never hear the phone. At six you open one screen: what the pool is doing, what the filter is doing, and the address. You send a price for a drain-and-clean that evening. The other two companies reply on Monday.
  • The chat answers the Saturday green-pool message, asks what the water and the equipment are doing, and has it in front of you with a note — not a voicemail you return on Monday.
  • The customer can tell the chat what the equipment is doing, so you arrive knowing which part to bring.
  • January is not a quiet month, it is a different one — the water is sixty degrees, the algae stops, and the calls turn into heaters and pumps before the grandkids arrive.
  • A reply drafted to every review, in your voice, for you to approve — including the one about the week it rained and the route slipped.
  • A website on your own name that says which neighborhoods you actually run, so the out-of-state owner searching at midnight finds you and not an aggregator.

The price

Every price, before you talk to anybody.

A website starts at $1,195, paid once. The monthly package is separate. For pool service and repair companies, the chat that answers comes with Starter, and every bot with Growth.

Pool service website design

What should a pool service website include?

A pool service website should separate weekly routes, one-off green-pool clean-ups and equipment repairs, ask where the pool is in the first request so you can see whether it fits a route you already drive, and match its license wording to the work you do. Price comes from a person.

  1. Route, clean-up and repair kept apart

A weekly plan, a green-pool clean-up and a pump or heater repair are different inquiries. Each gets a page, and the chat's first questions sort the message so you know which kind landed.

  2. A person reads it first, so routes stay tight

The chat hands each request to a person, so before you reply you can see whether the pool sits on a route you already drive. You price the clean-up or the repair; nothing is priced over chat.

  3. License wording that matches the work

In Florida, repairing and servicing pools is a licensed trade, and a contractor's license number belongs in advertising (s. 489.119). Pages for a route-only business leave repair claims out. We write only what you tell us you do.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can a pool owner send a photo of a green pool?

Not through the chat today. It asks what the water and the equipment are doing and hands the request to a person; a photo step is something we can build. You price the clean-up or the repair; nothing is priced over chat.

Can the site show my weekly service plans?

Yes. What each plan includes and what happens on every visit can have a page of its own. The chat never puts a price in a conversation: you decide what is published and what you quote.

What does a pool service website cost?

There are two separate parts: the website, paid once from $1,195, and a monthly plan you may add or skip, from $49, month to month with no minimum. Everything is laid out on the pricing page. For a pool company, the site must explain weekly routes, green-pool clean-ups and repairs as different services.

How long does it take?

Expect a real home page for your pool company, hand-built and free, in 12 to 48 hours. We would lead with your weekly service areas, what a visit includes and a way to send a photo of the water. You see it before paying anything; the rest is planned with you.

Where is the line for a pool service business?

Where the line is, plainly. The chat, the reviews, the marketing and the website run for a pool company today. Nothing is priced over chat: the weekly route is priced off gallons, surface, screen cover, tree load and drive time, and a repair is priced by you once you know the equipment. The shop-management platform is not part of what we sell for pool service.

Do I own it, and what if I already have a website?

Everything on the site is yours to keep on your own domain, your route page and service plans included. The chat and the marketing are the only parts that end when the service ends. A pool site you like can be reworked into the build, and one that is not working for you can be rebuilt.
