Pool service · marketing

Pool service marketing company built around the route you drive.

A pool route does not grow by louder advertising. It grows one street at a time: a neighbor sees your truck, a green pool turns clear, a review gets written. We set up the places those moments leave a trace, keep them current and give each a clear next step. You approve everything first.

A quiet route is a marketing problem. Here is how it fills.

01 Where pool customers come from

Six places a pool owner looks, and what we do in each.

A homeowner choosing a pool company asks the neighbor, reads the reviews and looks at pools you have already cleared. These are the places she checks.

  • We can build it

The neighbors on a street you already serve

When a pool owner has a weekly customer next door, she already half knows you. We can build a short page for each neighborhood you serve, with the town named and your own photos, so a neighbor who looks you up finds a real company that already works near her.

  • Platinum Service

Reviews, asked for after the water turns clear

The natural moment to ask is the morning the owner looks out at a pool she can see the bottom of. Platinum Service includes asking customers for reviews and answering the ones you get, in your voice, after you approve. We never write, buy or trade reviews.

  • Platinum Service

Before-and-after photos of your own jobs

A green pool beside a clear one is proof a stranger understands at a glance. Platinum Service includes Business Profile posts: your photo of a finished job, the town and a few plain lines, drafted for you and approved by you first. Only your own jobs, shown with the customer's okay.

  • Platinum Service

Notices for the season, approved by you

Spring opening, summer heat, the week before a storm and the week after. A short, calm notice for each, on your profile, saying what you handle and how to reach you. Platinum Service includes Business Profile posts: drafted by us, read by you, and posted only after you approve.

  • Optional add-on

    Google Ads for green-pool searches

Ads aimed at the searches that mean a pool has turned, set up and run for you in an account in your name, with the spend and the keywords visible to you. Optional, started only on your yes, and you can say stop at any time.

  • Written into your website

A chat that asks what the pool is doing

The chat on your site asks the first question: gone green or cloudy, an equipment noise or fault, or losing water. Then it hands the request to you. It answers day and night and never names what a job costs.

02 From a green pool to a clear one

Four steps, from the first message to the review.

A Saturday, a green pool and a worried owner: the next step has to be one tap. This is the part the website does for you.

  1. Step

She finds you, or a neighbor points

On Google, in Maps, in an assistant's short answer, or over the fence from the customer next door. Your name, your work and your town are what she reads, with the reviews of people on streets like hers.

  2. Step

The chat asks what the pool is doing

Gone green or cloudy, an equipment noise or fault, or losing water. She answers in her own words, and the chat hands the request to a person. Nobody has to pick up a phone on a Saturday for her to be heard.

  3. Step

    You read it and decide

The request reaches you, so you can see whether it sits near a stop you already make. You decide whether you can come, and when. The chat names no figure, gives no dosing advice and promises no day.

  4. Step

The pool clears, and the follow-up starts

With Platinum Service, the customer is asked for a review once the pool is clear, and a before-and-after post can be drafted from your photos. You approve both before anything goes out.

03 The straight part

What stays off the page, so the page stays yours.

Pool owners let a stranger into the yard every week, so what is said about the company has to be true. These are the lines we will not cross.

  • A full route by summer

We do not promise customers, calls, a route that fills or a position. Weather, competition and how many owners need a pool company near you are not ours to control. We set the work up and run it.

  • Photos of pools that are not yours

A before-and-after taken at someone else's pool is a lie with your name on it. We use photos from your own jobs, taken with the customer's okay, and we never reach for pictures of pools you have never touched.

  • Alarm in a seasonal notice

A notice says what the season means and how to reach you, calmly. We do not write scare lines about algae, storms or safety to hurry someone into a call. A notice you would be uncomfortable reading aloud to a customer does not go out.

  • Advice from the chat

The chat asks what the pool is doing and hands over the request. It does not tell anyone what to add, whether the water is safe to swim in or what a job will cost. Those answers come from a person, at the pool.

Questions

Straight answers.

How can I add customers on a route I already drive?

Start with the streets you pass. Neighbors of a weekly customer see your truck and your work, so a page for that neighborhood and a profile with photos of your own pools give them something to look up. A person reading each request can see quickly whether it fits a stop you already make. No number of new customers is promised.

Is a green pool cleanup worth marketing if I want weekly customers?

Often it is how a weekly customer first meets you. A person with a green pool is worried and wants it fixed, and once it is clear she has seen your work and your manner. Whether she stays is up to her and to you. We make sure the green-pool page and the chat make that first contact easy, and, with Platinum Service, the review request follows.

Can I post before-and-after photos of a customer's pool?

Post your own work, taken with the customer's okay, and keep the house number and anyone's face out of the frame. Platinum Service includes Business Profile posts, drafted for you from your photos and approved by you first. We do not use photos of pools you did not service, and we do not write claims the photos cannot show.

What should a seasonal notice say?

With Platinum Service, which includes Business Profile posts, something calm and useful: that spring opening is on the way, that summer heat can turn a pool quickly, that you are preparing routes before a storm and will answer requests after one. It names how to reach you and what you handle. It makes no promise of a date and carries no scare line, and you approve every word before it goes up.

If I try Google Ads for green pools, who owns the account?

You do. Ads are an optional add-on, run for you in an account in your name, with the spend and the keywords visible to you. Nothing is started without your yes, and you can say stop at any time. We make no promise about what an ad brings. Requests that come through the chat reach you.

What happens to a request from a street I do not serve?

It reaches you like any other, and you decide. You may take it, suggest someone nearer or decline politely. The chat promises nothing about a day and names nothing about what a job costs. Route density is your call, and the site only makes sure you see where each request comes from before you reply.

How should I answer a review from a customer who left over a missed visit?

Calmly, briefly and truthfully, without arguing in public. Platinum Service includes answering reviews on your profile. We draft a reply in your voice that thanks her, owns what happened if it did and offers a way to reach you, and you approve it before it posts. We never write, buy or trade reviews.

Can marketing help a pool company that is full in summer and slow in winter?

It can help you be found for the work that fills the slow months: openings, equipment repair and upgrades, and the cleanup after a storm. Pages and posts for those jobs are written ahead of the season and you approve them. We cannot promise that winter fills, because weather and demand are not ours to control.
