botsonstaff.com is operated by Bots On Staff. By using it you accept what's below. It is short on purpose.

This site is not the agreement

Everything here — pricing, plans, what each module does, what the bots can and can't do — is a description, not an offer that binds either of us. What binds us is the agreement you sign. If this page and that agreement ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Prices shown are current at the time of writing and can change. A price quoted to you in writing during a conversation is the one that counts.

What we don't promise

We make no claim about what you will earn. Nowhere on this site do we publish a figure, a range, or a “shops typically” — because we have no way of knowing what your market, your crew and your effort will produce. Anything you read here about results is a description of what the software does, not a prediction about your business.

The AI drafts. A person at your shop approves before anything reaches a customer. Drafts can be wrong, and reviewing them is the shop's job — that is exactly why the approval step exists and why we will not remove it.

Nothing here is professional advice

We write about repair operations, referral rules, employment paperwork and compliance because they are the world our customers work in. None of it is legal, accounting, insurance or repair advice, and none of it substitutes for your attorney, your accountant, or the vehicle manufacturer's own procedures. Where we mention a rule — California Insurance Code §750, for example — we are telling you it exists, not advising you on your situation.

Using the site

Read it, share it, quote it. Don't scrape it to rebuild it, don't try to break into it, and don't use the assistant to generate material that is unlawful or that impersonates someone. We may withdraw access if any of that happens.

The text, design, artwork and the bot characters on this site belong to us. Brand names belonging to other companies are theirs.

Text message program

Bots On Staff sends transactional text messages in two ways, and both are service messages rather than marketing. We do not send promotions, offers or advertising by text.

If you ask us for a demo. When you fill in the demo form on this site you can tick a box — unticked by default, and never required — asking us to text you about it. If you leave it clear we will not text you; the demo goes to you by email instead. Ticking it is not a condition of anything.

Repair customers. Bots On Staff does not text your customers, and the platform cannot do it today. If a shop's own messaging is enabled in future it will be separately registered with the carriers, and that shop — not Bots On Staff — will be the sender, responsible for its own consent and its own disclosure to its own customers.

How often. If you asked us to text you about a demo, message frequency varies — typically one to four messages. Repair customers typically receive between two and six messages over the life of a repair.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.

Stopping them. Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to begin again.

Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, email bots@botsonstaff.com, or call the shop that is treating your vehicle.

Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or messaging consent with anybody for their own marketing. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information is handled as described in our privacy policy, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up and accurate, but we do not guarantee it is always available or always current. Links to other companies' sites are for convenience; what happens there is their business, not ours.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Bots On Staff is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Which law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, where the company is registered.
