Which towns across Palm Beach County do you cover?+
West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Riviera Beach, Lake Worth Beach, Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton. We are a service-area business with no office to visit: the work happens on the phone and over email.
How long does it take?+
First we hand-build a real home page for your business, free, in one to two full business days. You look at it before any money moves, and the rest of the build is planned with you from there.
Where is the line for a handyman business?+
Where the line is, plainly, and in this trade most of it is the law’s. Florida lets a handyman take a job only while the whole of it, labor and materials, stays under $2,500 (§489.103(9)), and never electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural or permit work. Electrical has no small-job exception at all, so even swapping a ceiling fan goes to a licensed electrician. And a list is never split into smaller invoices to stay under $2,500: the exemption does not apply when it is. The chat sorts a list against those lines out loud, names the trade on anything that is not yours, and never calls you a contractor. Nothing is priced over chat: a person reads the list and writes the price. The chat, the reviews, the marketing and the website run for a handyman business today; the shop-management platform is not part of what we sell for handyman work. How the demo draws those lines is a careful reading of the rules, not legal advice, and the grey items — grab bars, pool-fence gates, toilet tank parts — go to you to decide.
Do I own it?+
Yes. The website is yours to keep, on your own domain. The management system and the marketing platform switch off with the service. The domain: It is registered in your own account, in your name. Not ours, not resold to you, not held against the bill.
