Custom apps · built for how you run

Custom apps for small business, built around how you run.

Not every business problem is a website. When your people need one place for the schedule, the roster or the job, we build the app. It installs like any app, with no app store.

Asking about an app does not need a website first. Your free home page comes within 12 to 48 hours, and a person confirms everything.

One we built and run today: a team app. From our demo team: an invented team and invented players.

What we have built

Two things that run today. Everything else is built to order.

  • A team app. The schedule with confirmed and to-be-confirmed dates, who is in for Saturday, the roster and coach announcements, in English and Spanish. See the team app.
  • A photo estimate tool for auto body shops. The customer sends photos, the draft goes to your estimator, and your estimator approves it before the customer sees a price. How the photo estimate works.

How it works

Tell us the job. We say plainly if an app fits.

  1. Tell us what your people need to do, in your own words.
  2. We tell you whether an app is the right tool, or whether a website or the chat does it better.
  3. If it fits, you see the figure before any work starts, and a person confirms every step.

Straight answers

Questions we get about apps.

Do my customers have to download it from an app store?

No. Our apps open from a link and add to a phone's home screen with their own icon. There is no app store account to make and nothing to update.

What kind of app can you build?

One we run today is a team app (schedule, who is in, roster, announcements, English and Spanish). For auto body shops we have a photo estimate tool. Anything else is built to order: describe the job, and we tell you plainly whether it fits before you commit to anything.

What does it cost?

The team app is $495 to set up and $49 a month for one team. Any other app is priced after we hear what it has to do, and we say the figure before any work starts.

Is it a website or an app?

Your website is how new customers find you. An app is for the people you already work with: your team, your members, your regulars. Many businesses want both, and they are priced separately.
