The problem · and what actually changes

Happy customers who never leave the review

Almost nobody is refusing to review you. They meant to, they got in the car, and the moment passed. Reviews are a timing problem rather than a persuasion problem: the ask has to reach them while they are still standing next to the finished work, with a link that takes one tap and lands on the right profile. Asked a day later it reads as marketing; asked a week later it does not get read at all.

What it looks like in a shop

  • People tell you to your face that you did a great job, and the profile does not move.
  • The reviews you do have are months apart and two of them are from family.
  • You mean to ask and it feels awkward, so you do not.
  • A competitor with worse work outranks you on the map because they have four times the reviews.

What we won't claim

⛔ We will not buy, write, incentivize or filter reviews, and we will not send the ask only to the customers we think are happy. Gating the request that way breaks Google’s policy and it is the kind of thing that costs a profile rather than improving it. We cannot tell you how many more reviews you will get; that depends on your work.

Whose job this is

The Review Chaser

  1. Step 1

It asks while the job is still fresh

The request goes out at the point the work is finished and signed off, not on a monthly sweep — which is the whole difference between a review that gets left and one that gets meant.

  2. Step 2

One tap, and it lands on the right profile

A direct link to your Google Business Profile. Not a landing page, not a form, not a login.

  3. Step 3

Every review that arrives gets a reply drafted in your voice

Waiting for your tap. Replying is the part most businesses skip and it is the part a reader notices.

  4. Step 4

The angry ones get flagged for a phone call

Not a canned response. A one-star is a conversation, and a templated reply under it makes it worse.
