A hand holds a phone showing a chat on a wooden dock, a yellow airboat blurred behind.

Airboat tour website design: Guests ask at midnight. The chat takes notes.

She asks about an early ride. The chat drafts a trip request for your crew to read in the morning.

Marsh Mellow Airboats is a sample airboat company we invented. Its whole website is in the frame below, and every page works.

Marsh Mellow Airboats

How it works

How the chat works, in four steps.

From a guest's thumb to your crew's inbox. The fan is loud; the request is tidy.

  1. The chat

    A guest taps the chat.

Illustration: a guest taps a chat button on her phone at the dock while her straw hat floats up in the airboat's breeze and the guide stifles a laugh.
  2. A few taps

It asks only what the crew needs.

Illustration: the guest types on her phone while three abstract question bubbles float above it and the guide peers over her shoulder with a raised eyebrow.
  3. The request

The fan is loud. The request is tidy.

Illustration: the guide in reading glasses admires a neat abstract trip card on a tablet while the guest looks on, pleased.
  4. The reply

A person confirms by email or a call.

Illustration: the guide gives a thumbs-up and the guest leaps for joy as her straw hat spins off in the airboat's breeze.

A day at the dock

A day at the dock.

What the chat does while your crew is busy being a crew.

  1. Two yellow airboats rest at a wooden dock in the first golden light.

    First light at the dock.

The crew checks the wind and the lake. Requests from overnight are already waiting.

  2. A phone showing a chat, held on a wooden dock beside an airboat.

    A guest has questions.

At midnight the chat covers ages, weather and where to meet. It answers from the crew's own notes.

  3. New trip requestRide · dates · party · ages · notes

    The request lands.

One tidy email: ride, dates, party, ages, notes. A person reads every line.

  4. Orange ear protection and life jackets waiting on an airboat's bench seats.

    Check-in, then throttle.

A person confirms, not the chat. The briefing comes before the boat moves.

Local detail

Local facts, named and sourced.

A site built for your lake says what is true about it. The sample's Areas page uses these three, each with its source.

What's on it

What's on an airboat tour website.

  • The rides All eight, from 30 minutes to 2 hours, with a two-tap finder.
  • The crew Captain Dee, Mateo and Jo, and why the briefing comes first.
  • Questions Check-in, noise, wildlife, weather, ages and how a request works.
  • Areas Lake Toho, where its water goes, and the dock.
  • Request a ride A request, not a booking; the chat opens beside the form.

The front page

Its front page carries eight rides with the length on every card, and a briefing before the throttle.

The line worth reading

Will we see wildlife? “We cannot promise it, and nobody honest can.” The chat drafts a ride request and never prices, holds or promises anything; a person on the crew confirms by email or a call.

Why it looks like that: A dock-sign tour site: a full-bleed marsh with a slow push-in, soft rounded ride cards with duration stickers, a briefing band, an airboat in thirty seconds, and a trip-request chat with a fan for a face. Every site we build gets its own structure, not the same page in another colour.

What it does

What it does for airboat and boat tour companies.

A family of four seen from behind rides an airboat across a golden marsh, the children pointing ahead. A photo from Marsh Mellow Airboats, the sample airboat tour website.
  • The chat on the site drafts a trip request: which ride, a day and a backup, the party and their ages, and anything the crew should know, along with a name and a way to reach them, around the clock.
  • Nothing is booked, held, priced or promised over chat, and it never promises a sighting or the weather: a person on the crew reads every request and confirms by email or a call.
  • A website on your own name, with every ride on its own page, the briefing explained and your own lake's facts, that you keep whatever happens next.

Questions

Straight answers.

What pages does an airboat tour website need?

This one has 7 pages, including the rides, the crew, questions, areas, request a ride. Yours is planned around your own services and towns: a page for each service you want to be found for, and the questions your customers ask before they get in touch.

What does the chat do when a guest asks about an airboat ride?

It drafts a trip request: which ride, a day and a backup, the party and ages, anything the crew should know, and a name and contact. A person on the crew reads it and confirms by email or a call. It never prices a ride, takes a payment, promises a date or a sighting, or texts.

Will an airboat tour website help me get found on Google?

It is built to be found: every service on its own page, titles and descriptions written the way people search, your towns named, and structured data that search engines read. Nobody can promise a ranking, and we do not.

Is Marsh Mellow Airboats a real company?

No. It is a sample business we invented, and so are its address and the job numbers on its paperwork. Every page says so: in its footer, and on its own address in a strip across the top. The telephone number on it is ours, so if you ring it you reach us.

What does an airboat tour website cost?

Two separate parts. The website is paid once: 5-page website $1,195, 10-page website $1,895, Complete custom build $2,995. Then a monthly package: Mini is $49 a month with no bots; with the chat answering and every enquiry sent to you, Starter is $149 a month; Growth, with every bot on staff, is $249 a month. Or have our team do it all: Platinum Service, $949 a month. It is everything in Growth, with our people writing and publishing your posts, working on your SEO, answering your reviews and keeping the site running, plus a report every month. Every price is on this page.
