Plumbing and HVAC Google Ads management for the emergency and the install.
Plumbing and HVAC Google Ads reach the homeowner with water on the kitchen floor or a house that will not cool. We set them up and run them in an account in your name, and nothing begins until you say yes.
In short. Plumbing and HVAC Google Ads are paid ads that show when someone searches for a burst pipe, a dead air conditioner or a new water heater. We set them up and run them. The account is yours, the budget goes to Google, and no calls are promised.
A stand-in plumber, drawn for this page. The ads aim at the homeowner who needs one.

Six pieces of a campaign, split by how urgent the search is.
A person with a burst pipe and a person pricing a new air conditioner are in different moods. The ads are written for the mood, and kept apart by trade.
Optional add-on
Emergency searches, on their own
Burst pipe, no cooling, no heat: these searchers need someone now. Their ads are short, put the phone number first and run only when someone can answer, or when the chat can take the request.
Optional add-on
Install and replacement searches
A homeowner replacing a water heater or a cooling system is comparing. Her ads are written to match, naming what you install and your area, and open a page with photos of your own installs.
Optional add-on
Plumbing and HVAC kept apart
Each trade gets its own ads and its own page. The person with a clogged drain never lands on a page about furnaces, and the person with a dead air conditioner never lands on one about pipes.

Hours that match who picks up
An emergency ad is only useful if the call is answered. We time those ads to the hours your phone is covered, and the chat on your site takes the request once the day is over.
Optional add-on
A calendar that follows the weather
Cooling ads ramp up as the heat arrives, and heating ads as the cold does, with wording you approved ahead of time. The first hot week should not catch your campaign unready.
Optional add-on
Searches to skip
People hunting for a part, a how-to video, a course or a job are not calling a plumber. Those searches go on a list of ones to skip, so your budget is not spent on them.
Questions plumbers and HVAC pros ask about Google Ads.
How much should a plumber spend on Google Ads?
It depends on your town and on how many plumbers and HVAC companies are paying for the same searches, so we do not invent a number. The budget is paid to Google by you, on your card. Setup is $299 once and management is $249 a month.
Should emergency plumbing be advertised on Google?
Many people search in the middle of an emergency, so the searches exist. Whether the ads pay for themselves in your town nobody can say beforehand. We set them to run when your phone is covered, and you watch the spend daily.
What is the difference between Google Ads and plumbing SEO?
Google Ads, formerly AdWords, is paid: the ad shows while the budget lasts and stops when it ends. SEO is the slower work of making your site and profile easy for Google to read. Some companies use one, some both.
Can one account run both plumbing and HVAC ads?
Yes. The ads for each trade are kept apart, with their own searches, budget and page, so one never crowds out the other. Either can be paused alone, and the account stays in your name.
Four steps, and you see each one.
This is the order, from the first conversation about your trades to the daily look at what the ads spent.
- Step
We set it up with you
We learn which jobs you take, the hours the phone is covered and the areas you drive to. We open or connect the Google Ads account in your name and write the ads. Setup is $299 once.
- Step
You say yes
You read each ad, the hours and the daily budget. You add your own card to Google yourself. Until you say yes, nothing runs and nothing is spent.
- Step
It runs, and we tend it
The ads start running. We see which searches bring clicks, keep the ones that fit your trades, block the ones that do not, and shift the wording as the season turns.
- Step
You see it every day
The dashboard shows your spend, your clicks and your keywords each day, or across any dates you choose. It is your account, so you can pause the ads whenever you like.
What nobody can promise, and what we do.
A burst pipe makes a person look for anyone who will answer. Here is what we will not promise about the ads, and what we do.
No promised calls or jobs
We cannot promise calls, leads, jobs, a ranking or a return, and nobody honest can. A click is not a service call. We set the ads up, tend them and show you what happened.
The budget goes to Google
Your ad budget is paid to Google directly, on your own card. Our monthly fee covers managing the ads only, and we never hold the money you give Google.
The account is yours
The Google Ads account stays in your name, with you as the owner. If you ever stop working with us, the account, its history and its keywords stay with you.
Nothing starts without your yes
You approve the ads, the hours and the budget first, and you can pause or stop whenever you say. We do not turn on a campaign, raise a budget or add an area on our own.
See your own company's home page before you pay anything.
- Tell us the company nameAnd a way to reach you. No card, no password.
- We hand-build itIn 12 to 48 hours, with the website chat on it.
- You look at it, then decideIf you want the rest, we build it. If not, you owe nothing.

Your trade: Plumbing & HVAC
Straight answers.
What are Google Ads for a plumber or an HVAC company?
They are paid ads that appear with the search results when someone looks for a plumber or air conditioning repair. You pay Google when a person clicks. We set up the ads, the searches and the page they open, and run the account.
Can emergency ads run only when someone answers?
Yes. We set emergency ads to the hours your phone is covered, and you approve them. Outside those hours, the chat on your site can take the request, so a person who writes at night still reaches you.
Who pays Google for the clicks?
You do, directly, on your own card. That budget never passes through us. Our monthly fee is only for managing the ads, and the amount you spend with Google is yours to set and to change.
Whose Google account is it?
Yours. The account is opened in your name or connected to the one you have, with you as owner. We work inside it with the access you give us, and it stays with you if you stop working with us.
Can I see what the ads are doing?
Yes. The dashboard shows your spend, your clicks and your keywords each day, or across any range of dates. It arrives daily and comes from your own account, not from a report we write for you.
Do you promise the phone will ring?
No. Nobody can promise calls, jobs, a place in the results or a return from ads, and we do not. We promise the work: the setup, the tending and the daily view. Whether a homeowner calls is up to her and to the weather.
Do the ads name a price for a repair?
No. The ads say what you do and where, and the page shows how to reach you. A price for a job is yours to give once you have seen it. Neither the ads nor the chat on your site names one.
Is Google Ads required with my plan?
No. It is an optional add-on. Your website and the rest of your plan work without it, and you can add the ads later, or never. Nothing is turned on, and no money is spent, until you say yes.
