A plumber waits in his open van at a quiet curb at dusk, a dark phone on the dashboard

Plumbing and HVAC · marketing

Plumbing and HVAC marketing company for the call that cannot wait.

A plumbing and air conditioning company does not need louder advertising. It needs the homeowner with a dead AC or a leaking heater to find a company that looks real, with a clear next step. We set up the places she looks, keep them current and time the work around your seasons.

The truck is parked. Marketing is how the phone rings.

01 Where emergency customers look

Six places, ready before the call comes.

A homeowner in trouble reads reviews, looks at finished work and checks who answers. These are the places she checks, and what we do in each.

  • Platinum Service

Reviews, asked for after a fixed emergency

The natural moment is the evening the water is off the floor and the house is cool again. Platinum Service includes asking customers for reviews and answering the ones you get, in your voice, after you approve. We never write, buy or trade reviews.

  • Platinum Service

Finished-work posts on your Business Profile

A replaced water heater or a new condenser on a clean pad is proof a stranger can see. Platinum Service includes Business Profile posts: a photo of your own finished job, the town and a few plain lines, drafted for you and approved by you first.

  • Platinum Service

Notices for the rush and the first cold snap

Before the summer heat, a short note on what you handle and how to reach you. When the first cold nights arrive, another about heating and water heaters. Platinum Service includes the Business Profile posts, and you read and approve each one before it goes up.

  • Written into your website

An after-hours answer that is honest

The chat on your site asks what is going on: no cold air, water where it should not be, or no hot water. It takes the request at any hour, hands it to a person and says only what you can keep. It does not diagnose and never names what a job costs.

  • We can build it

    Maintenance plan reminders

A tune-up plan for the air conditioner or a yearly water heater check is steady work in a trade of rush and quiet. Reminders to plan customers can be set up, with wording you approve. It is not live today, and nothing goes out without you.

  • Optional add-on

    Google Ads for emergency searches

Ads aimed at the searches that mean something has failed, set up and run for you in an account in your name, with the spend and keywords visible to you. Optional, never started without your yes, and you can pause them when your crews are full.

02 From a dead AC to a clean review

Four steps, and a person who answers.

A hot evening, a house with no air moving: she will not fill in a long form. This is what the website does for you.

  1. Step

She searches, or someone sends her

On Google, in Maps, in an assistant's short answer or on a neighbor's word. Your company name, your trades and your towns are what she reads, along with the reviews of customers like her.

  2. Step

    The chat sorts the call

No cold air, water where it should not be, or no hot water. The chat asks what is going on and hands the request to a person. A leak and a warm house are not the same call, and you read each request as the one it is.

  3. Step

A person reads it and decides

The request reaches you. You read it, call or reply, and choose who goes and when. The chat does not diagnose and never names what a job costs. Those decisions are yours.

  4. Step

The job ends, and the follow-up starts

With Platinum Service, the customer is asked for a review once the repair is done, and a finished-work post can be drafted from your photos. You approve both before anything goes out.

03 The straight part

What we leave out, so you can stand behind the rest.

Plumbers and AC companies get promises from every direction in a hot July. These are the ones we will not make.

  • A busy summer

We do not promise calls, jobs, a position or a full schedule. Weather, competition and how many homes lose cooling near you are not ours to control. We set the work up and run it.

  • A time at her door

We will not put a response time on the site that you cannot keep. A line like within the hour is a promise to a homeowner, and a late truck does more harm than a quiet page. The page says what you actually do.

  • Asking only the happy ones

Review requests go to customers after real jobs. We do not set them up to screen out the unhappy ones, and we never write, buy or trade a review. A profile with honest reviews is the one a stranger believes.

  • Photos of a home you did not clear

Posts show your own finished work, with the house number and the customer's face out of the frame, and only where the customer is comfortable. We never use another company's job, and nothing goes up before you approve it.

Questions

Straight answers.

What can I do about calls I miss in the middle of the night?

The chat answers when you cannot. It asks what is going on and hands the request to a person. It does not replace a phone, and an emergency that cannot wait should still reach a person. The page should say honestly how after-hours calls are handled.

When should I ask for a review after an emergency repair?

Once the problem is fixed and the homeowner has had a moment to feel the relief: the same evening or the next day, with a link she can tap. Ask everyone, not only the pleased. Platinum Service includes asking customers for reviews, and you approve the wording. We never write a review for anyone.

Can I post a photo of a customer's water heater?

Post your own finished work, with the customer's okay, and keep the house number, the street and any people out of the frame. Platinum Service includes Business Profile posts drafted from photos you give us and approved by you before they go out. We do not write claims the photo cannot show.

How would maintenance plans work with the website?

A tune-up plan can have a page of its own, saying what a visit covers, and reminders to plan customers can be set up with wording you approve. That is something we can build, not something that is live today. The plan itself, what it includes and what you charge for it, stays your decision.

Can I pause emergency ads when my crews are full?

Yes. Google Ads is an optional add-on, run in an account in your name, and nothing starts without your yes. You can ask us to pause or stop at any time. We make no promise about what an ad brings, and requests that come through the chat reach you.

What does the chat ask when someone writes no cold air?

It starts with what is going on and offers the three common starts: no cold air, water where it should not be, no hot water. Whichever you pick, it asks what is going on and hands the request to a person. It does not diagnose, and it never names what a job costs.

Is marketing a plumbing company different from marketing an AC company?

The seasons differ. Air conditioning peaks with the heat and heating with the first cold nights, while plumbing emergencies arrive all year. So notices and posts follow the trade: cooling before summer, water heaters and heating before winter, drain and pipe work whenever you want it seen. One company, two calendars, and you approve both.

What if a customer leaves a harsh review after a repair that was not my fault?

Reply calmly and briefly, without blaming the customer in public. Platinum Service includes answering reviews: we draft a reply in your voice that thanks her, states what happened plainly and offers a way to reach you, and you approve it before it posts. Some situations are better handled by a phone call first.
