Auto detailing websites: Swirls in the sun? The chat has questions.
It asks about the car, the paint and what bothers you. Nothing is priced; a person takes over.
The chat
It asks the first question you would.
The Verity Detail Studio chat, word for word: its opening question and its first buttons.
A scripted demonstration: nothing typed into it is sent. On your site, the enquiry reaches you as a request and a person confirms. Nothing is priced, promised or diagnosed over chat.

Your trade: Auto detailing
The staff
What it does for auto detailers.
Detailers already tell customers "send me a few photos and I’ll give you a price" — then answer hours later, after the job under their hands is done. The lead that waited found another detailer.
A ceramic-coating enquiry comes in while you’re mid-polish. By the time you’d normally have wiped your hands, it is in your email with the car, the state of the paint and the package they asked about — and the customer has already had a reply.
- The Receptionist takes the car, what they want done and the phone number the moment the customer asks — 2 PM or 2 AM.
- Its first question is what the car needs — swirls in the paint, protection for a new car, a lease return — so the enquiry arrives ready for you to price.
- On Growth, the Writer drafts posts of your best before-and-afters for your website and Google Business Profile, for you to approve.
- The Review Bot drafts a reply to every Google review, in your voice, for you to approve.
- A high-speed website that shows your work, built for you or wired into the one you have.
The price
Every price, before you talk to anybody.
A website starts at $1,195, paid once. The monthly package is separate. For auto detailers, the chat that answers comes with Starter, and every bot with Growth.

Auto detailing website design
What makes a good auto detailing website?
A good auto detailing website shows your own work, explains each service (paint correction, ceramic coating, interior, lease return) on its own page, and asks the questions you ask first: the car, its size and condition and, for mobile jobs, where it is parked. You set every price; nothing is quoted over chat.
Each service explained on its own page
Paint correction, ceramic coating, interior detail and lease-return work are different jobs with different questions. Each page says what is done and what to expect. Whether prices show is your call; the chat never quotes one.
The mobile questions answered up front
A mobile detailer is always asked where the car is parked. The demo chat asks what the car needs, the car, its size and condition, and where it is parked, so you know what you are driving to.
Claims you can stand behind
Coating warranties and words like lifetime or scratch-proof are claims customers hold you to. The pages say what the work is and leave warranty terms to what you confirm in writing.

Questions
Straight answers.
Does the website show prices for detailing packages?
That is your decision. Many detailers show what each package includes; others say a person confirms after seeing the car. The chat never prices a job either way: you write the quote and confirm by email or a call.
Is this for mobile detailers or detailing shops?
Both. The demo, Verity Detail Studio, is a mobile detailer, so its chat asks where the car is parked. A shop-based detailer's site asks for the car and the work and leaves the travel questions out.
What does an auto detailing website cost?
Two separate parts. The website is paid once: 5-page website $1,195, 10-page website $1,895, Complete custom build $2,995. Then a monthly package: Mini is $49 a month with no bots; with the chat answering and every enquiry sent to you, Starter is $149 a month; Growth, with every bot on staff, is $249 a month. Or have our team do it all: Platinum Service, $949 a month. It is everything in Growth, with our people writing and publishing your posts, working on your SEO, answering your reviews and keeping the site running, plus a report every month. Every price is on this page.
How long does it take?
First we hand-build a real home page for your business, free, in 12 to 48 hours. You look at it before any money moves, and the rest of the build is planned with you from there.
Where is the line for an auto detailing business?
Where the line is, plainly. The chat, the review replies, the marketing and the website run for a detailing shop today. Pricing stays with you: nothing is priced over chat, and the photo estimate is an auto body tool. The shop-management platform is not part of what we sell for auto detailing.
Do I own it, and what if I already have a website?
Yes, you own it. The website is yours to keep, on your own domain. The management system and the marketing platform switch off with the service. The domain: It is registered in your own account, in your name. Not ours, not resold to you, not held against the bill. If you already have a website you like, we work a WordPress site you already have into the build instead of replacing it; if it is holding you back, we rebuild it.
