Website design · Mobile repair units
Mobile dent repair websites for van-based crews.
We build mobile dent repair websites for dent, bumper and wheel repair operators, where the van is the shop. The chat takes photos of the damage, the vehicle and where it is parked, so you can tell which jobs the van can do on the spot, and you price it yourself.
Website from $1,195, paid once · the chat and your leads from $149/mo (Starter)
The chat
It asks the first question you would.
The Curbside Mobile Repair chat, word for word: its opening question and its first buttons.

Mobile repair units
Tap “Can the van fix it?” and it asks
“What is it?”
- A door ding
- Hail
- A scuffed bumper
A scripted demonstration: nothing typed into it is sent. On your site, the enquiry reaches you as a request and a person confirms. Nothing is priced, promised or diagnosed over chat.

The staff
What it does for mobile repair operators.
Mobile cosmetic repair — bumpers, PDR, wheels — lives or dies on how fast somebody gets a number. What kills a mobile day is everything either side of the actual repair. You are driving, then under a bumper, then driving again, and the inquiry that came in at 10am gets answered at 7pm from the sofa.
A scuffed-bumper enquiry lands at 8:40am while you are already on a job. By the time you have packed the kit it is in your email with the car, the damage and where it is parked, and you can send a price before you have pulled off the drive.
- The Receptionist answers while you are physically under a car — the vehicle, the damage and the callback number, all written down.
- Its first question is what the damage is — a door ding, hail, a scuffed bumper — so you can tell which jobs the van can do where the car stands.
- On Growth, the Review Bot drafts your review replies and the Writer drafts your Google Business Profile posts, for you to approve: the profile mobile customers actually search from.
- The enquiry, the vehicle and the callback number arrive together in one place — not a voicemail, a text and an email you have to reassemble between calls.
- A website that is yours, and answers at 9pm.
The price

Mobile repair website design
What should a mobile dent repair website include?
A mobile dent repair website should say where the van goes, what can and cannot be repaired without repainting (size, depth and location decide), and take photos, the vehicle and its location in one request. Insurance and fleet work get their own way in, and nothing is promised about a claim.
Where the van goes
A plain service-area page, and a page for each town you work in if you serve several, so a search from that town finds you. The chat asks where the car is parked.
What can and cannot be fixed on the spot
Whether a dent can come out without repainting depends on its size, depth and location. The pages explain that and ask for photos instead of promising any dent.
Insurance and fleet work get their own way in
Some customers ask about an insurance claim, and fleet or dealer work is a different kind of enquiry. The site gives each a clear way in and promises nothing about what an insurer will approve.

Questions
Straight answers.
Can customers send photos of the dent?
Yes. The chat takes the photos, the vehicle and where it is parked, so you can tell which jobs the van can do on the spot. You price it; nothing is priced over chat.
Does this suit bumper, wheel and hail repair as well as dents?
Yes. In the demo, dents, bumpers and wheels each have a page. Hail and fleet work can be added if you do them. The chat asks the same first questions: what happened, the vehicle and where it is.
What does a mobile repair website cost?
Two separate parts. The website is paid once: 5-page website $1,195, 10-page website $1,895, Complete custom build $2,995. Then a monthly package: Mini is $49 a month with no bots; with the chat answering and every enquiry sent to you, Starter is $149 a month; Growth, with every bot on staff, is $249 a month. Or have our team do it all: Platinum Service, $949 a month. It is everything in Growth, with our people writing and publishing your posts, working on your SEO, answering your reviews and keeping the site running, plus a report every month. Every price is on this page.
How long does it take?
First we hand-build a real home page for your business, free, in 12 to 48 hours. You look at it before any money moves, and the rest of the build is planned with you from there.
Where is the line for a mobile repair business?
Straight about price. If you are a single operator, a simpler setup may suit you better, and price may well decide it. Worth a conversation if you are growing past one van; probably not yet if you are not. Nothing is priced over chat, and the shop-management platform is not part of what we sell for mobile repair.
Do I own it, and what if I already have a website?
Yes, you own it. The website is yours to keep, on your own domain. The management system and the marketing platform switch off with the service. The domain: It is registered in your own account, in your name. Not ours, not resold to you, not held against the bill. If you already have a website you like, we work a WordPress site you already have into the build instead of replacing it; if it is holding you back, we rebuild it.
