Website design · Garage door repair
Garage door websites for the spring that lets go at night.
We build garage door websites for garage door repair and installation companies, with repairs, openers and wind-rated replacements on pages of their own. The chat asks whether a car is shut inside and what the door is doing, and takes a photo of the spring or the opener's model sticker.
Website from $1,195, paid once · the chat and your leads from $149/mo (Starter)
The chat
It asks the first question you would.
The Ironleaf Garage Doors chat, word for word: its opening question and its first buttons.

Garage door repair
Tap “My door won’t open” and it asks
“Is a car shut inside?”
- Yes, and I need it out
- No, the door is stuck open
A scripted demonstration: nothing typed into it is sent. On your site, the enquiry reaches you as a request and a person confirms. Nothing is priced, promised or diagnosed over chat.

Your trade: Garage door repair
The staff
What it does for garage door repair and installation companies.
A torsion spring fails and the day ends badly for somebody — the car is shut in and they cannot get to work, or the door is stuck half up and the house is standing open all night. They photograph the spring, or the model sticker on the opener, and send it to three companies asking what it costs. Salt air near the coast is hard on springs, rollers and openers, and the snowbird doors that have not moved since March fail on the first press in January. You are on a ladder with a winding bar in your hands and you read all of it later.
9:20 on a Tuesday night. A spring goes and the car is locked in. He messages three companies. The chat asks whether the car is shut inside, how many springs are on the shaft and whether the door is stuck up or down, and files it. You are eating dinner. At seven the next morning you open one screen: the answers and the address. You send him a price before the other two have opened their email, and you are there by ten.
- The chat answers at nine at night, asks whether a car is shut inside and what the door is doing, and has it in front of you before you read your email.
- The enquiry arrives with the door and what it is doing, so the price you send is quick to work out.
- The wind-rating conversation gets started properly, so an inspection or a mitigation credit turns into a priced replacement instead of a callback you forget.
- A reply drafted to every review, in your voice, for you to approve — including the one where you could not get there until the morning.
- A site on your own name that says which counties you cover, because these searches so often happen at night from a phone in a driveway.

Garage door website design
What should a garage door website include?
A garage door website should answer the night-time search first: your number, your towns, and a chat that asks whether a car is shut inside and what the door is doing. Springs, openers and replacements each get a page, safety warnings stay plain, and your licence number sits where Florida expects it.
A broken-door message that gets sorted
The chat asks first whether a car is shut inside, then what the door is doing, then takes the photo and the address. You read it and send the price yourself; nothing is priced over chat.
Repair or replace, each on its own page
Springs and cables, openers and a full replacement are different jobs people search for by name. A page for each helps the customer decide and helps those searches find you.
Safety and licence lines
Torsion springs are under heavy tension, so the pages tell people not to attempt a repair themselves. Florida licenses garage door installation as a contractor class, and the licence number you give us goes where Florida expects it (s. 489.119).

Questions
Straight answers.
Can customers send a photo of the broken spring?
Yes, or of the opener's model sticker. The chat asks whether a car is shut inside and what the door is doing. You read it and send the price; nothing is priced over chat.
Does the chat tell people how to fix a spring?
No. It asks whether a car is shut inside and what the door is doing, and it does not diagnose or give repair steps. A person reads the request and replies.
What does a garage door website cost?
Two separate parts. The website is paid once: 5-page website $1,195, 10-page website $1,895, Complete custom build $2,995. Then a monthly package: Mini is $49 a month with no bots; with the chat answering and every enquiry sent to you, Starter is $149 a month; Growth, with every bot on staff, is $249 a month. Or have our team do it all: Platinum Service, $949 a month. It is everything in Growth, with our people writing and publishing your posts, working on your SEO, answering your reviews and keeping the site running, plus a report every month. Every price is on this page.
How long does it take?
First we hand-build a real home page for your business, free, in 12 to 48 hours. You look at it before any money moves, and the rest of the build is planned with you from there.
Where is the line for a garage door business?
Where the line is, plainly. The chat, the reviews, the marketing and the website run for a garage door company today. Nothing is priced over chat: a repair is priced by you once you know the door, and a replacement needs the opening measured and the wind rating for that address confirmed. The shop-management platform is not part of what we sell for garage doors. And the nine-o’clock emergency is often a phone call, which our staff does not answer. What they answer is the "what does this cost" message, which in this trade is most of it.
Do I own it, and what if I already have a website?
Yes, you own it. The website is yours to keep, on your own domain. The management system and the marketing platform switch off with the service. The domain: It is registered in your own account, in your name. Not ours, not resold to you, not held against the bill. If you already have a website you like, we work a WordPress site you already have into the build instead of replacing it; if it is holding you back, we rebuild it.
