Website design · RV & trailer repair
RV repair websites that answer owners.
We build RV repair websites for RV, motorhome and trailer repair shops, with a chat that asks what the unit is and what it is doing. The request reaches you with the rig, the problem and any photos, and a person at the shop replies.
Website from $1,195, paid once · the chat and your leads from $149/mo (Starter)
The chat
It asks the first question you would.
The Northbound RV & Trailer chat, word for word: its opening question and its first buttons.

RV & trailer repair
“What is going on with the rig?”
- I smell propane / LP alarm
- A leak, or a stain on the ceiling
- Getting it ready for a trip
On its front page: “Request a pre-trip inspection”
A scripted demonstration: nothing typed into it is sent. On your site, the enquiry reaches you as a request and a person confirms. Nothing is priced, promised or diagnosed over chat.

Your trade: RV & trailer repair
The staff
What it does for RV, motorhome & trailer repair shops.
Your work is damage-priced, which means it lives or dies on how fast someone gets a number. The customer with a torn awning or a gouged sidewall messages three shops and goes with whoever answers. Meanwhile you are in the bay with your hands full, and the inquiry sits until closing.
Someone clips a bollard on a Saturday and messages three shops from the campsite. Yours replies within minutes, asks what the unit is, what is damaged and whether it can be driven, and files it. On Monday morning you price it with everything already in front of you — the other two are still ringing back to ask what it is.
- The Receptionist takes the unit, what happened and the callback number around the clock — including the weekend, which is when people are actually using the thing they just damaged.
- Its first question is what is going on with the rig — an LP alarm, a leak, or getting ready for a trip — so the urgent one is on top when you read them.
- Every draft waits for a human yes. Nothing reaches your customer as a commitment until you tap approve.
- On Growth, the Review Bot drafts your review replies and the Writer drafts your Google Business Profile posts, for you to approve: the profile people search from when they are away from home.
- The enquiry, the unit’s details and the callback number arrive together in one place — not a voicemail, a text and an email you have to reassemble at closing.

RV repair website design
What should an RV repair website include?
An RV repair website should list the jobs in the words RV owners use (roof and sealant, tires and bearings, LP appliances, pre-trip inspections), say where you work, and take the unit, the problem and photos in one request. Warranty work and timing are stated plainly, with no promised dates.
The jobs in the words RV owners use
Roof and sealant, tires and bearings, LP appliances and pre-trip inspections each get a page, so a search for one finds that page. The Northbound demo has pages for exactly these, each saying what the job involves.
A request that starts with the rig
The chat asks what the unit is, what is going on with it and whether it can be driven, and takes photos of the damage with a name and number. You read it with everything in front of you and price the work yourself.
Straight lines on warranty work and turnaround
Warranty work depends on the manufacturer or warranty company, so the page says what you take and what you do not, and promises no date. We never write factory authorized or certified for a shop that has not told us it is.

Questions
Straight answers.
Can you build for RV dealers and mobile RV technicians as well as repair shops?
The demo is an RV and trailer repair shop, and the same build suits a service department or a mobile technician: the services, the area you cover and a request form that starts with the unit. If you also sell units or parts, tell us and we plan those pages with you. The chat answers and writes requests down; it does not run a dealership's inventory.
Can RV owners send photos of the problem?
Yes. The RV demo's chat asks what the unit is, what is wrong and whether it can be driven, and takes photos of the damage. You price the work; nothing is priced over chat.
What does an RV repair website cost?
Two separate parts. The website is paid once: 5-page website $1,195, 10-page website $1,895, Complete custom build $2,995. Then a monthly package: Mini is $49 a month with no bots; with the chat answering and every enquiry sent to you, Starter is $149 a month; Growth, with every bot on staff, is $249 a month. Or have our team do it all: Platinum Service, $949 a month. It is everything in Growth, with our people writing and publishing your posts, working on your SEO, answering your reviews and keeping the site running, plus a report every month. Every price is on this page.
How long does it take?
First we hand-build a real home page for your business, free, in 12 to 48 hours. You look at it before any money moves, and the rest of the build is planned with you from there.
Where is the line for an RV repair business?
One thing worth knowing before you ask. Customer-pay work is yours to take. Warranty work depends on the warranty company or the manufacturer, and what they require of a shop is between you and them, not something we can change. Nothing is priced over chat: the chat takes the details and you price the job. The shop-management platform is not part of what we sell for RV repair.
Do I own it, and what if I already have a website?
Yes, you own it. The website is yours to keep, on your own domain. The management system and the marketing platform switch off with the service. The domain: It is registered in your own account, in your name. Not ours, not resold to you, not held against the bill. If you already have a website you like, we work a WordPress site you already have into the build instead of replacing it; if it is holding you back, we rebuild it.
Not sure which part is costing you most? Start from the problem instead
